I will say this though, he's never going to be on the level of a John Cena. Will never be the "guy" in WWE, I can honestly see him as the next Miz, which isn't a knock at all because Miz is a decent wrestler who is a several time World Champion, but he'll never hit the level of a top main event guy for long periods of time.
