[8.0] "Jamie is definitely one of the best superstars of Women's Wrestling, easily a top 20 (maybe even top 10! ) women's wrestler in the world right now even despite being injured for several months in 2023. she's got a very interesting move-set and her Hayterade finisher is absolutely brutal when done. Jamie is also one of the top talents in AEW's women's division, which seems to grow and improve a lot every year despite some booking issues. Her initial AEW Women's World Title reign was pretty solid despite the aforementioned booking issues as well. she's also got a bright future ahead and she's only 28 and will soon be 29, a very young phenom and I hope that she eventually gets her moment at Wembley this year, it would put a smile on my face after the adversity she's had to fight through both personally and professionally."

She is good in the ring, always gives her best and can have an good match with almost anyone in the roster. She also has an natural charisma that is hard to explain. Her booking at AEW before her title win was hit or miss but her actual reign was great in ring wise sadly her matches weren't given too much attention but they would always be one of the best on the week. Solid 9"

Shes captivating as a face and heel and just has an innate charisma you cant help but he captivated by. This is best shown by the fact that she became AEW womens champion over the more established Britt Baker just because of how popular she was. She also has a great moveset and stiff strikes. Whats not to love?"

Ist aber trotzdem eine der wenigen Lichtblicke im Frauen-Bereich von AEW."

Edit: Three years have gone by since my original rating, and I love it when I can spot actual talent. Jamie Hayter is the best women's wrestler on their roster (Save for Emi Sakura) and even if that roster had more loaded talent she would still be the best. I'm glad she won the AEW Women's Championship as that was a feel good moment that I'll remember for a long time, her reigns been pretty good too, I just hope she drops Britt Baker in the future because Jamie doesn't need her."

She's incredibly versatile and able to adapt her style to create a killer match with many opponents. Her hard-hitting style means she faces up to the Joshis in AEW in the way a lot of other wrestlers might struggleher best opponents have been Riho, Emi Sakura, and Hikaru Shida. Although AEW's womens division has lackluster booking, she takes every oppurtunity to shine in the ring and is incredibly charismatic, forming an amazing connection with the crowd. She has a lot to give and I sincerely hope she wrestles for a long time more."

I think the level of praise she gets can be excessive at times, but she can be counted on to deliver reliably great matches. Her offense as a wrestling bruiser is great, with every maneuver seemingly stiff and deadly, and despite not being a very good promo, she does carry herself like a star, and building a division around her seems like a great choice. Her & Shida have been the best female champions AEW's had by far."

Don't get me wrong, besides the astounding yoshis, Hayter is without a doubt the best and most consistent female wrestler in AEW, just as her natural connection with the audience has shown, as well as her spectacular match with Shida. Still, she has more to offer, but the day hasn't come yet; a total package that still haven't performed in her best matches. I hope they can book her well, because it's all the assistance she needs right now to make her reign memorable, and to stablish AEW's female division as the crème de la crème in American wrestling. Don't waste her, and give her a lot of great title defenses."

[6.0] "One of the few genuinely talented women's wrestlers on the AEW roster, so of course she barely gets used and is always booked to come out second best whenever she *does* get used. She always gets good impact on the vast majority of her attacks, or at the very least she will always ensure her attacks look good by delivering them with smooth and natural technique. Her character work is quite good too, as she does well showing arrogant aggression and playing the "easily pissed off with babyfaces who refuse to go down easily" heel. Even when saddled with a bunch of inferior opponents, Jamie will still ensure that she gives 100% effort whether she's on offence or defence, giving convincing performances that realistically put her matches across as hard-hitting fights. She's genuinely got the most impressive offence on the entire AEW women's roster, and one of the best offences of all US-based women's wrestlers, too. So, she's got the character work down, the offence down, and the selling down. Now all she needs is for AEW creative to give her a meaningful push so that all her attributes can come together to achieve something better than just being the 'impressive but massively underrated' wrestler that she's been since she came into the company a year ago. AEW loveeeee to drag out their mid- and low-level storylines far longer than necessary, though, so I'm assuming her turn on Britt won't happen for at least another year, which is a big shame because Jamie as AEW Women's Champion would instantly result in the best AEW women's title reign thus far. Like, do AEW not see how much better of a wrestler she is than basically everyone else in the division? Do they not see her unique look and engaging character work? Do they not realise that people would love to cheer for Jamie if she wasn't treated like a pin-eater and mere bodyguard of Britt's every time she's lucky to get on TV? Wrestling isn't hard -- just put the best wrestlers at the top of the division. But hey, I guess wrestlers with sloppy technique and weak offence are who AEW most prefer as their women's champions."

After seeing what she could do, I started looking at her previous work and, boy, this girl has a splendid future. If she can already work like this at such a young age, if AEW decides to give her a push, the quality of her screen time will be stratospheric. In addition to her work in the ring, she has a natural charisma that makes you want to keep watching her and her current entrnace music is a banger. Also, seeing her in other wrestlers' vlogs, she seems like a down-to-earth, sweet woman with a hard working ability. Hopefully the breakup feud with Britt Baker will be good and she will develop as a star soon."

We have seen some really solid matches from her, and I believe she really is comfortable now and hitting her stride and she is only going to keep getting better and better. She? s rough around the edges, and that works for her. She? s incredibly charismatic and we are slowly starting to see her mic skills come out, with a hope of her splitting from Britt so she can really shine. I think when this happens, she will be one of the biggest starts in AEW. She has everything, to me. She always has. Maybe she doesn? t click for some people, and that? s fine. But you can? t deny that she does have a talent and ? something? . I? ve been watching her since she did small U.K. indies, and it honestly is wonderful seeing someone put in the work and rise up the ranks of the professional wrestling world like that. She's got great mannerisms, and though she does stumble over her words a bit sometimes there, she stays composed and maintains an aura of control. She manages to get well earned heat from any crowd that knows her well, but you get the feeling that people are looking for a reason to cheer her. Great variety of suplexes, including the superplex to falcon arrow combo (a la Seth Rollins) which she is able to hit even on larger opponent. Footwork is another strength, possibly thanks to her time in Japan. (Joshi wrestlers can run the ropes smoothly, always. ) My one quibble, and maybe this is just me, but her striking seems kind of awkward at times, almost like that element of her repertoire is stuck between Joshi and western styles of wrestling. Considering how much she's improved since I first took note of her maybe 18 months ago, though, I would be surprised if that part doesn't catch up. Frankly shocking that none of the bigger companies have snatched her up."

She's pretty athletic and has quite the fiery attitude. My only issue with her is that her moves look very soft and weak. It's almost as if she's afraid to hit them. She barely slaps her thigh too. That's an issue mainly because of her must strikes are in her moveset. I think if she worked on actually hitting her opponent or at least slapping her thighs, she could be great. Still, the potential is definitely there."
