[9.0] "I'm not as familiar as some are with Wes Lee, only having known him since Vengeance Day in February and not yet looking back into his Dez X days, but his match against Dijak is the first ever NXT match I ever watched and I immediately became in love with the brand and all the men involved in the match. His matches as the North American Champion were some of the most consistently entertaining I've ever seen and often outshined the NXT Championship itself, setting the bar that may not be reached anytime soon. I attribute Wes Lee to my love for NXT and why I stuck around for longer than a few months when returning to wrestling, and he will probably one of my favorites of all time as the years come."
[7.0] "Wes Lee is a good high flyer. I really like his move set. His North American title run was great and exceeded my expectations. It's unfortunate what happened with his tag partner getting fired but he has excelled on his own. I personally find him to be corny on the mic. He reminds me of Ricochet just a few years younger and this is the role he will have to compete for on the main roster. The high-flying mid-carder who can put on good matches but not connect on the mic."
[10.0] "Wes Lee is one of the most criminally underrated wrestlers in the world. Initially seen as someone with a tag team ceiling, his partner being released was a blessing in disguise as it opened up his true potential. Fantastic athletic ability, amazing underdog character work and selling, and he even has some solid striking and a nice ground game. He's been involved in some of NXT's best matches since Black and Gold ended. His mic work is hit or miss but usually it's passable at worst. Overall though he is one of my favorites and I truly believe the sky is the limit for him."

[6.0] "A good cruiserweight. He was better in tag team, now he is simply good in the ring and in doing achrobatics, but has no character, and i think he's pretty mediocre at charisma and mic skills. He's too overpushed now and didn't deserve to beat Dream's record as North American Champion"
[6.0] "I thought he would be screwed without his partner but he's proved himself to be pretty decent. He's very athletic and talented in the ring but he's interchagable with many others who can do the same thing as him. He doesn't seem to have any promo ability whatsoever but still has physical charisma like a Jeff Hardy/Darby Allin type so he can get over on that, still feel like he was better as a tag partner."

[9.0] "Holy Sh*t. I have no words for what I saw at TakeOver last night. Him and Carter 100% deserve the NXT Tag Team Championship and hopefully they hold it for a considerable amount of time. His performance at Vengeance Day and Stand and Deliver is enough to have him as the top dog of NXT."
[7.0] "Dez is a wrestler with a lot of potential, he is the best member of Rascalz, both in singles matches, as in tag team matches, he is also very athletic, and makes several very cool moves."
[6.0] "Showed something in Lucha Underground, but he has mostly blended into the background since then, mostly just being another flippy-do guy. Not bad, but not much there character-wise. He is part of the Rascalz in TNA; a team I'm not overly fond of. I think the That 70s Show pot smoking knockoff is super lame."
[8.0] "Dezmond is extremely underrated and someone I would love to see in NXT or even 205 Live. I was very happy to come here and see he had such a high rating"
[7.0] "Oh this kid has some talent. All the fire in the world, amazing athlete and is still improving. He isn't there yet but in the next few years you could be talking about him being a star"
[6.0] "I think it is a stretch to rate Dezmond 9 or 10 points given how young his career is. While his athleticism is impressive, Xavier still hasn't shown me anything that does set him apart from other indy wrestlers that have a style similar to his (and in 2017 a lot of wrestlers do have that style). So far, I have seen him wrestle similar wrestlers than him, like Ricochet or Lio Rush, or been used in crazy 6-man tag team matches in CZW which do showcase his "wow" moves but that really do not show us a lot more. I think sky is the limit for Dezmond Xavier and the more he grows as a wrestler, the more my rating will grow for him."
[8.0] "Dezmond Xavier is one of the best up and coming high flyers in wrestler today. Him getting a role in Global Force Wrestlings X-Division gives him a much needed spot to showcase his talents."

Anfangs war ich eher skeptisch, doch nach seinem super Match gegen Ricochet bei AAW Showdown war ich doch überzeugt. Im Ring ist er schnell und flippy. Sein Point-Seling macht richtig Spass, besonders teilsweise sein Overselling. Von mir bekommt er 8 von 10 Punkten, obwohl ich hoffe, dass er sich noch weiter entwickeln wird!"
