[7.0] "The main event against Ken Ohka at Ota Ward showed that Imanari really is fantastic. A guy with a basic moveset, regular look, and who is limited athletically showed that his fire and charisma make him a great guy to follow and put at the top of the card or in a prominent position. Hopefully DDT sees what they have and give him more to do besides Pheromones."
[7.0] "Incredibly fiery and charismatic babyface with an old-school style with bits sprinkled in of his own charm. In-ring he's got great execution, doesn't do more than he needs to do, and has a killer lariat. He's great, but a point is taken away here due to the Pheromones stuff, with which although I am neutral towards them, do feel like it negatively affects his value as a performer."
[7.0] "Imanari is so charismatic, and really earned his spot as the Ganbare champ. Like lot of Ganbare wrestlers what he might lack in technical ability he more than makes up for in HEART and PASSION. That being said, if I were rating Imanari as a video producer: 10/10. He makes the best VTRs in the game as far as I am concerned."
[6.0] "In terms of his in-ring work, Yumehito Imanari feels like a bit of a "default" wrestler for lack of a better term, in that nothing he does is much beyond average or slightly above average, but he has good charisma and an energy that makes me enjoy watching him."
