[10.0] "On April 5, this guy will end his career due to neck problems, and on that date, one of the best wrestlers of the 2010s and 2020s will leave. In the modern wrestling with thus bunch of athletes, fewer monsters are climbing into the ring, especially impressive ones like Kazusada. I really like the phrase of one of the commentators that Higuchi is a "kaiju in a human body", this is a very accurate description of who Higuchi is. He looks incredible, even if you don't know him, he gives you the impression of Mount Fuji coming out to fight the enemy. He always looks like a superhuman and behaves like a superhuman, his self-presentation, selling and noselling is an example for many wrestlers. Kazusada's matches are rarely puzzles or some kind of CINEMA, many of his matches are very easy to understand, but at the same time insanely attractive. All actions are lively, logical and not at all far-fetched. You always know what's on Kazusada's mind and his opponent has to adjust to him, and Higuchi adjusts in response, and this gives rise to his classic matches, it makes you get involved in his every performance. Kazusada's path has also always been interesting, he has grown and changed, which deserves every respect. And of course, Higuchi's aura, which has already been said a lot, is simply unique, he is like a wrestler of the last century. Looking at Higuchi, it's like seeing a legendary wrestler from the 80s, his presence in the ring always changes the picture of the match. He was the best monster in Japanese wrestling for 11 years, thanks for everything!"

This guy may not have become a megastar, but he still managed to put on some incredibly entertaining series of matches, both tag team and solo, that still leave me speechless."

[10.0] "Higuchi is The Guy in Japanese wrestling when it comes to who feels old school, unencumbered by the flashiness of current wrestling and instead going back to his Sumo roots. And he's in the comedy promotion! Look, I love love love DDT, but I think they have their next Ace in Ueno and loads of talent in the pipeline to challenge him. Like Take and Endo, and Kenny and Kota before them, Higuchi could be a bigger deal in a bigger promotion in Japan (AJPW or NOAH, though I bet he'd kill it if NJPW took a non-HoT chance on him), so I think it might be time for him to move on."

[10.0] "Had the best title reign of any wrestler in 5 years. He's just such a force, and the best wrestler in DDT and probably the world. He's the best and I hope he gets even more opportunities to prove it. Kazusada Higuchi is an incredible wrestler."

Just the match against Takeshita alone should tell you how dedicated this man is, taking a god damn Nigel Ring Post bump in 2022. That match was fantastic. And then he turns right around and has an emotion filled but still technical match with Sakaguchi. Super fun and unique, always watch a Higuchi main event"

[8.0] "Felt like one of the best wrestlers in DDT going into 2021, and his feud with Sauna Club to start the year echoed that. His KO-D Openweight Championship match left a little to be desired vs Akiyama, and he didn't hit the heights I thought he would. He's still crazy talented and had some good tournament appearances. To end the year he held up his end in the Eruption vs Suzuki, Itoh and Brookes melee."

[8.0] "VERY impressive for someone who has been wrestling for less than a year. If you can find it, I'd strongly recommend watching him vs. Yukio Sakaguchi in the King of DDT 2015 tournament, which showcases both of them exceptionally well. Also, his signature spot where he references his sumo career is already starting to get over with the DDT fans. Very promising future for this one."
