[3.0] "I only remember this guy from his days in The Right to Censor and being in John Cena's corner, that's it. Aside from that, he was very bland as a wrestler, had nothing besides size and look. One of the prime examples of being big doesn't make you great."
[3.0] "Hothead. Only match I saw of his, he got stiffed by accident (it happens) and a receipt wouldve been completely understandable. A guy stiffs you, you go one4one and get even. Bull kicked the shit out of the guy he was supposed to be working with and ended the match by legitimately choking the guy out. Promoters, protect your talent, do NOT book this clown."
[0.0] "Dreadful worker and had the personality of a chair. Only got a spot in the business for as long as he did because he was tall and could do a scissor kick. Also couldn't BELIEVE he was only in his early 30s in 2000 as he looked like a drunk 50 year old Dad in the ring."
[4.0] "Guy could move, but didn't have a personality of his own and was just relegated to being a copy of Big Bossman, another body in Right To Censor and John Cena's tag along."
[4.0] "All he ever was, was "just another body" who was always made to dress like the person next to him. The Truth Commission, Big Boss Man's lackey, Right to Censor and last/least a John Cena clone, never had so much a sniff of his own persona. Great agility and ability to step-leap right up the ropes for quick turnaround n flies. For his size - this was magnificent and extremely impressive... but its all he had. well, that and a very good looking scissor kick. Inoffensive, but ultimately: useless. 3.75 rounded up"
[4.0] "Not the greatest worker on earth, but he was adequate in the ring. He was good as a part of the Truth Commission and as Bossman's heavy. And as Cena's sidekick. But in RTC, his career took a swift kick in the balls."
[7.0] "Bull Buchanan just didn't have the pizazz to pop-out in Attitude Era WWF, which is a shame, because Buchanan was an extremely talented wrestler that I think came around about a decade too late to be truly appreciated for his size and ability. With the proper mouthpiece, he could have been a major star in the 1980s. Regardless of that, his years in Japan gave him the opportunity to let his in-ring ability speak for him."
[3.0] "Just another body guy in an era full of body guys who were completely unremarkable in the ring. I definitely wasn't taken with his body of work."
[5.0] "Looking back at some of his matches he was pretty damn impressive. Big, explosive and athletic. He could do springboard clotheslines and top-rope leg drops with Mike Awesome like velocity. He looked like a freaking badass in his brief tandem with the Big Boss Man, unfortunately he never really received much of a push and doesn't have any notable matches or career highlights, but I liked him."
[5.0] "Honestly wasn't THAT bad of a wrestler beyond the generic look and lack of charisma. Guy could do some pretty good looking stuff for a man of his size when presented with the opportunity to do so and could work a fairly okish match granted he was in a tag match or whatnot. Guy could go and his post-WWE career showed that with relatively solid stints in NOAH and AJPW. Currently training his son, who by the looks of things could be a interesting prospect with a few years of tuning up."
[2.0] "The only thing that was good about him was his physique. He had too many gimmicks. Punisher was his best gimmick. Truth Commission was interesting for him. His biggest peak was with Rights To Censor. He tired to be successful with Big Bossman and John Cena but did not go anywhere. He was big at 6"7 but did hardly anything in the ring."
[2.0] "He's one of those guys who I just have a lot of trouble remembering. I guess being part of Right to Censor was what he's known for most? But even there he just kind of blended into the background while the other members stood out. He then did some stuff with Cena is a semi-comedy role & for Cena's benefit, they dropped him from that act pretty quickly."
[8.0] "A very undeserved rating here because for a big man I'd probably put him in the same league as Mike Awesome, Bam Bam Bigelow and Vader, in terms of agility. Also I felt his mic skills were very underrated, however he didn't really get the chance to show them other than during his time in the RTC and his most recent appearance on Raw. But any time he was on the mic, I thought he did quite a good job."
[10.0] "I don't know why Bull Buchanan would have kind of a low rating on here because I think that Bull Buchanan is one of the greatest big guys in the history of professional wrestling. His in-ring work was very good because he would do stuff that a normal big guy wouldn't be able to do like a scissors kick and a diving leg drop off the top rope. I think he's one of the greatest, toughest and most underrated big men in the history of this business and for him to have kind of a low rating on here just sickens me."
