[7.0] "Good match between Charlotte, Becky and Carmella right here even though I have to admit I preferred their SmackDown match a few months later to determine Asuka's challenger, nevertheless this title match here is pretty cool and is most definitely one of the best encounters on this average SummerSlam PPV. Beyond the significance of this one as well as its legendary post-match angle with Becky finally turning on Charlotte, the match itself was very solid as the three connected well together and I didn't really notice any mistakes anywhere. It wasn't anything amazing but it was well paced, it was pretty cool to watch and I thought Carmella didn't look out of place at all next to the two top stars that Becky and Charlotte are. I really liked the ending which was super visual and then led to Becky being unleashed after the match, the rest is history of course."

While at the time it was WWE misreading the mood and both putting the title on Flair and needlessly turning Lynch heel, it ended up being the moment that led to Becky Lynch becoming the biggest star in the industry, based mainly on the decisions that followed, and the fans not going along with the plan. At the time, it seemed senseless. Decent enough match though."

[7.0] "This match far exceeded my expectations in a good way. I think it was a fun match that made all 3 women look deserving of the title. However, there were some VERY questionable decisions made such as not having Becky win when the entire Barclay Center was chanting her name as well as turning Becky, a natural baby face, heel instead of Charlotte who has proven to be a fantastic heel in the past. The decision to turn Becky heel/Charlotte face backfired almost instantly and it really took away from the match. ***1/2"

Lynch wirkt sehr glaubwürdig in ihrer frustrierten Heel-Rolle. Ich hoffe, sie kann in dieser Hinsicht ihren Charakter weiter ausbauen."

[3.0] "One of the worst women's match that I have seen in the past months, according to the fighting stuff: the three most important spots are botched: Becky's double missile dropkick, Charlotte's corscrew moonsaultu and Carmella's sucide dive. The match gives me a sense of clumsiness, in fact the timing doesn't seem perfect. The rhythm of the match not too slow and the pretty story telled save the match from the oblivion, ** 1/2"

[7.0] "This match is basically like Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte vs. Sasha Banks for the Women's Title at WrestleMania 32. Except, replace Sasha Banks with Carmella. That does sound like quite a bit of a downgrade compared to the aforementioned match, but Charlotte and Becky were able to get somewhat of a clinic with Carmella in a big match scenario. If there were a 3rd really capable wrestler in this match though, this could have been another classic, but it's still just a good match."

Super forgettable stuff though - just very paint by the numbers triple threat. The post-match angle with Becky turning on Charlotte was definitely the highlight. **"

The writing of this whole Charlotte/Becky storyline so far has just been perfect. Charlotte is just entirely oblivious to Becky. And they knew that the fans would lose their mind with the finish playing out like that. It was perfect."

It was by far Carmella's best match, and she more than held her own in there against two far superior wrestlers. Charlotte's twisting moonsault is a thing of beauty. I didn't like the outcome and really hated the baffling decision to turn Becky heel afterwards, but the match was really good nonetheless."
