Great moves, cool team combinations, creative submissions, awesome fast paced action and the highest quality technique. Umeda and Sakaguchi kick exchange was incredible. I thought they were going to kill each other."
[7.0] "I had no clue about the story to this match coming in, but thankfully the pre-match video package filled me in and thus I was able to know the emotional weight of the meeting between Umeda and his old team. This match had great athleticism all around, but the best moments were those between Umeda and Sakaguchi. They hammered away at each other with stiff strikes and it was awesome to see Umeda eventually pin Sakaguchi for the title, as it was symbolic of him finally stepping out of his old team's shadow, and he did so in impressive fashion by pinning the team's most vicious member. ***1/4"
[8.0] "Vor dem Match gab es erstmal ein schönes Video in welchem unter anderem beleuchtet wurde wie Umeda es satt hat im Schatten der Champions zu stehen. Das Match selbst war dann ein schöner harter Clash bei welchem natürlich Umeda im Fokus war, aber auch die anderen zu überzeugen wussten. Einige schöne Aktionen (Takanashis grandiose Sunset Flip/STF Combo) sowie eine tolle Schlussphase zwischen Umeda und Sakaguchi runden das ganze perfekt ab."
