Great facework by Takao, I loved his domination handcuffing Sasaki to have the advantage. The stipulation is well used and the finishing stretch is very logical. Really an awesome match and maybe the best singles match I've seen of Soma Takao. ****1/4"

Could have possible have worked a little more structured, but that’s the hardcore element for you. It got fairly exciting, that they deserve credit for."

[9.0] "Super Match mit einer großartigen weil simplen Geschichte. Zwei Leute die sich einfach spürbar hassen und es sich dementsprechend geben ohne dabei die Matchstory zu vergessen. Das Match hatte eine gewaltvolle Aura ohne dabei übertrieben brutal zu wirken, da man auf viel Blut oder Waffengespamme verzichtet hat. Die Stühle als immer wiederkehrende Waffe waren aufgrund der Story auch passend, und die Handschellen sowie die wenigen anderen Waffen machten auch Sinn (Stichwort: Team Dream Futures). Der Moment wo Takao dann zum Berserker wurde war absolut großartig gemacht und ich hoffe man macht was aus dem Momentum was er in diesem Match gesammelt hat. Was Sasaki angeht kann ich meinem Vorposter nur zustimmen, das ist eine der besten Titelregentschaften im diesem Jahr, hoffe die geht noch eine Weile."
