Not a super fast-paced trios match, but I still thought everybody put in their best effort, with Hakushi of all people being the MVP here; he looked incredible and was what made the final moments of this feel special. Mutoh & Darby introducing outside weapons made this technically the most heelish role Sting's had in a while even if he didn't partake, and unlike in AEW he was mostly just there for a few spots and his presence instead of going 110%. Darby didn't really give his best performance either but he gave the match a kick in the pants every little while when it needed it. AKIRA & Marufuji each a good job filling the space too. Mutoh's sadistic brawling with Hakushi lead to an insane visual of his blood gushing out on top of his face paint, with a third layer of the green mist being added before the finish. Really fun watch, a good retirement tour kind of match. ***1/2 |

Hakushi may have botched the rope walk but he took a hallacious bump to the table on the outside and bladed, not quite as much as the other infamous Muta clash but decently. Much like the Nakamura match it's more of a spectacle than an incredible workrate classic (and of course was never going to be that), a solid 7/10. |

Great Kabuki, Akira, Hakushi, Marafuji, Darby and STING came to face and team up with him for the last time, great soulful match, where the main stars for me was, of cource, Muta and Hakushi, they brought a point into their rivalry and the last moment with the desk was amazing, Hakushi is beast at his 56, Sting worked well too, Darby not lost the chance to kiil himself and Naomichi, and the aftermatch was sad but awesome, this is history, guys. |
