[9.0] "I must admit I'd forgotten just how incredible the best ROH crowds could be. I mean, these are 21st century indie smart fans, but they're 100% invested in the booking - on their feet for most of the match, vociferously backing the babyface challengers and going ballistic for all the twists & turns and near falls. All credit to Gabe for creating this rare environment, but also to the in-ring talent for their hard-hitting and skillful commitment to the illusion ****1/4"

[9.0] "This is a great tag team title main event with plenty of twists and turns that keep you wondering if the fan favourites will be able to pull off the victory. I'm not sure that I've ever seen a hot tag quite like the one in this match - Generico gets pitched to the floor and has to fight his way out of an attempted double team outside of the ring all the way to his partner. The emotion is what really makes this match. The crowd is desperate to see Generico and Steen finally win the tag team titles, and they are heavily invested in every nearfall. It's really hard not to get caught up in the moment, and it makes for a fantastic conclusion to the PPV and a very memorable moment in Ring of Honor history."

[9.0] "A fantastic bit of tag team action between Kevin Steen & El Generico and Tyler Black & Jimmy Jacobs. Black & Jacobs were heat magnets in this, and the crowd were REALLY behind Steen & Generico. As the match proceeded, I could feel the desperation from not only Steen & Generico but also the crowd. The hijinks with Black & Jacobs and the referee were awesome heel work. Again and again, Steen & Generico were one step behind the champions and were not quite getting the victory. This great heel work and heat made the ending all that much more satisfying and helped get Steen & Generico even more over. Great storytelling and awesome wrestling."
