I have seen GYV have good matches but this felt like them at their best. I enjoyed MSK in their time in Impact and on the indies but they actually seem to gel best in a WWE setting. Great match that continued to escalate as it went on. The result was one that I was happy about but at the same time I did find it a bit disheartening for the losers with their past. Really felt the result could go either way though. Update: GYVs best match in their WWE tenure in my opinion. A shame that these two teams did not get to have more of a series as their chemistry was fantastic and GYV deserved more from WWE. Best Dusty Finals match and one of the best tags of the decade so far for WWE. |

I loved the psychology side of this matchup as GYV got their second chance to win the DR classic while MSK being the breakthrough of the year got to really establish themselves in this life-long opportunity. Thing that they would earn at the end in a career-defining moment for both Carter & Lee! |

Was bis dahin passiert ist unterhaltsam, wahnsinnig temporeich und schick, aber auch alles andere als schlüssig oder mit einem dramaturgisch logischem Konzept unterfüttert. Mir geht das zu sehr Richtung Spothascherei und ist daher zwar unterhaltsam, aber auch nicht in den oberen Sphären beeindruckender Tag-Leistungen einzuordnen. |

Wes Lee was my overall MVP. One thing I like more than the Women's Dusty Rhodes Cup was the tag team action; It had plenty of tandem tag action from both teams. The sequences were great and it was non stop action for close to 20 mins. The heel and face dynamics as well as the clash of technical wrestling and high flying style was a great blend. This was a very good match. One thing I hate was the boorish Thunder Dome crowd, The crowd surrounding the ring was great but the TV Screens just stared blankly right through the match. They didnt appreciate the talents of these 4 great NXT Superstars. Found out later that it was used footage from old Thunder Dome fans. If that was the case, it would have been better with only the NXT crowd. ****1/4 |

GYV insulting the wrestling journey of MSK , their hard work , dedication and passion ignited a fire in them and they were on their game through put bringing out a much more dangerous side . GYV who were arrogant and over confident were taken by surprise here . A good dynamic and clashing of the high flying and hard hitting brawling styles was very entertaining . Nash Carter bringing the heart , fire and resiliency due to the trash talk GYV did pre match which pissed Nash off as he made it into wrestling because of his father who had passed away . GYV showcased their frustration in a very vivid manner with both Zack and James going for multiple covers turn by turn at the same time to show their disbelief and frustration . Nash kicking out of a variation of the ticket to mayhem was awesome and shook GYV to their core . The match ended with MSK connecting with a variation of their finisher to win the match . One spot in particular was very insane and that was the doomsday device hit on Wes to the outside. High intensity action throughout and a good sense of drama . Great content . ****1/2 |
