[6.0] "Race won the first fall via a delayed suplex, and I loved the continuity of that when Jumbo reversed said move into a pin by shifting his weight in the second fall. Race and Jumbo getting one fall each on one another was a smart way of building more intrigue for their upcoming clash later in the tour. Jumbo's team-up with Baba here worked very well, as they have solid chemistry together. Black Terror brought nothing to the table save for a few average heel work, but hey, at least he didn't shit any bed. Jumbo won it for his team after a top-rope sunset flip on Terror. The challenger scored a W to give himself a chance against the world's champion. Now, can he beat him? This was a decent tag bout to preview Race's future title defense against Tsuruta. [***]"

[6.0] "This is a buildup tag to what will turn out to be Jumbo's final match against Race for the NWA World Heavyweight title. (When Harley comes to All Japan again, Mil Mascaras will get the second shot for the belt after Baba's five-day title reign comes to an end. And the February 1981 trip will only have the one Baba title shot. ) I definitely enjoyed the Jumbo/Race stuff here, and I thought Baba did solid secondary work. Black Terror is less remarkable but he didn't drag things down too much. ***"
