[6.0] "Giant Bernard & Travis Tomko (c) -vs- Yuji Nagata & Takashi Iizuka - (IWGP Tag Title) [***] Then it was time with Iizuka's big chance at a spotlight now that he's had this heated little feud with Bernard. And teaming with IWGP Heavyweight Champion Nagata didn't hurt his chances to win the IWGP Tag Title again, a belt he for the first time held nearly 18 years ago. And he was the natural target for the monster gaijin team having to fight hard to match the odds of these two huge muscular guys. And this made this match interesting. Iizuka was mainly in the receiving end, but when he got in his dangerous sleeper on Bernard he nearly won it. Bernard was almost out and the arm was about to drop for the third time when Tomko pushed the referee away and make the save. Iizuka was SO close to getting pinned after a Last Ride sit-out powerbomb, but in some way he got his shoulder up in time. Another sleeper attempt from Iizuka was how it ended. No not in favour of Iizuka as Tomko came in to save his partner grabing Iizuka and the two positioned him for the swinging faceslam double-team move they use - The Magic Killer. And that's all she wrote! The champs retain once more. The thing that kind of held it down a little was Tomko fighting Nagata. They just didn't click and had a couple of awkward moments, but that aside this match was very solid!"
