Taniguchi cleverly works on Muto's main vulnerability - his knees, and Keiji himself, in retaliation, begins to act in a similar way, trying to attack Shuhei's legs if possible. It was smart, intense, and somewhat dynamic, given that Muto is 57 years old here, and Taniguchi isn't the youngest and most agile either. I like it when wrestlers are aware of the difficulties of their age and try to play for the benefit of the story, without spending a single extra movement. This was the case. Better than the main event of this show (****1/4). |
