[7.0] "This was a special match, but nobody in the crowd (myself included) knew that at the time. This was the last time Daniel Bryan wrestled while being the WWEWHC with the double belt (and thus the last time he wrestled while holding the Big Gold). For a little while, before his 2015 return was confirmed, it was thought this would be his last match. Bryan still had that huge Wrestlemania overness to him and the crowd all loved him. Despite being super banged up at this time he was still great in the ring and worked really well with Del Rio, although old spots like the flying headbutt and some of the dropkicks really make you wince knowing the injuries the put him on the shelf for most of 2014-17. Del Rio just did his usual stuff and did it well, he was really just a midcard heel to feed to Bryan to make the champ look good to continue the feud with Kane (or so they thought at the time). Bryan & Brie make a cute couple too, but this match was followed by the hilariously bad AAAAAAAA DANIEL AAAAAAAAA segment where they hit Kane with a car and he no-sells it. Still, very nice TV match. ***1/2"
