[8.0] "Very good and entertaining show. The quality of the first and third race was quite good and satisfactory, and the second race was also very entertaining. The booking of the women's division was amazing and I was very happy with it, and also created scenes that will never be forgotten in the history of AEW. I give this show 8 points ."

[] "Really good episode of Dynamite. I was pleasently surprised by the back-to-back women's segments in the first hour. Everyone gets more TV time, we have so many different characters in the women's division now, it's night and day to previous years. Willow Nightingale is a true star, she has natural charisma that outshines Mercedes Moné by a mile. Moné is fulfilling her heel arc, which we all suspected was happening. Now that we know this is the direction for her, the previous segments make a lot more sense. The gauntlet match was a wonderful surprise, getting better by the minute. Definitely did not expect WIll Ospreay to enter, but the execution was great and it's the right step for Ospreay's young AEW run, leading into the next inevitable banger match at DoN, where he either wins the title or gets screwed to enter a blood feud over the summer (Jay White maybe? ). They also continue his differences with Callis, who now slowly gets annoyed by Fletcher losing all of his matches. Again, great continous storytelling, expands every week. The highlight was the main segment where the Elite return to their roots of being the biggest heels in wrestling. A fantastic little detail is how they did not hit a Meltzer Driver in years, and saved it for this massive moment. This is where long-term storytelling pays off. Hope The Elite take over as on-screen bosses now and Tony Khan disappears from TV for a longer time. Apart from the Hobbs injury and match, I can't fault this episode. 9/10"

[] "The episode was written with the ass, you have a new world champion crowned at the ppv and you put an undercarder segment as opener. Segment that btw I liked for what it was, I was expecting something really really childish and instead it was ok and for once they had continuity with the "story" of the s word. I don't mind an exhibition match with the new world champion but the slot was weird, they should have opened with Swerve to tell everyone that he is the most important thing going on..but whatever. Mina vs Anna Jay was fine.. Jericho was my favorite wrestler growing up, tbh I loved his run as AEW Champion too. But what I'm looking now is a grossly fallen star. They could have saved the gauntlet for next week, trying to build it up and create some anticipation...at a certain point it was just background noise for me.. I was really looking forward to Mox vs Hobbs but oh well. I don't know how to judge the final segment. Part of me says it's an interesting direction... part of me tries to compare it to other angles like that and bursts out laughing because my god everyone involved is terrible... except Mr Shahid who lowkey I think is perfect for wrestling. 6/10"

[] "I'm telling you right now, if you haven't seen this show, you don't want to miss it. At the very least watch the last five minutes. First production made the viewer feel like there was a crazy atmosphere in the crowd; it also made most of the promos inaudible :) The matches aren't really important as usual. The newly crowned World champion Swerve took 15 minutes to beat Fletcher (who is on a losing streak on AEW TV); the AEW title already feels like an afterthought, there's no doubt we'll have a new champion before this Summer. Mina's match continues to make me dread that the worst is yet to come for Stardom in this partnership... I don't care about gauntlet matches, I'd like to say that AEW's version is even worse than WWE's, and who cares about Roderick Strong seriously? Wasn't there anything better to do for Ospreay before the inevitable happens at All In? Then Jon Moxley. He's the greatest man, I love him. Can't wait for how sweet it will feel when Yota Tsuji cuts him in half with his Spear. Then the all-timer ending, Jack Perry comes out, like Piper in Portland, Bret in Calgary, Dusty in Florida, GSP in Montreal, Jose Aldo in Rio or even Punk in Chicago, the crowd loves him. TK comes out, now he's just awkward. Perry punches him in the gut, the selling is amazingly horrible, horribly amazing, I've yet to figure out. Then the Bucks hit their finisher on him. This is so bizarre, keep in mind, they're doing an angle when the authority is face and the rebels are heels, even though the crowd didn't really boo the latter. I don't know where AEW is heading, this is indeed a very weird way to follow the success of their last PPV, but one thing's for sure, they'll gather some interest around them in some sort of way. You can't take your eyes away from a car crash, and folks I'm no different. Impatient to see where this goes."

[7.0] "Not the best episode in terms of production, as the audio was pretty bad for the majority of the show. Aside from that, this was one of the more intriguing episodes of AEW Dynamite yet. The opening segment with the former Best Friends was alright set-up for the Parking Lot Brawl between Chuck Taylor and Trent for Rampage. The first match between Swerve Strickland and Kyle Fletcher was good but ultimately uneventful. Mina Shirakawa and Anna Jay was a passable match and the post-match events did set up Serena Deeb as Toni's next challenger. The Casino Gauntlet was fun stuff with Will Ospreay continuing his momentum by earning an International Title match with Roderick Strong. The IWGP Championship between Jon Moxley and Powerhouse Hobbs was going fine until Hobbs injured himself and the match had to be cut short. I liked that Konosuke Takeshita came out to signal he wants a shot at the top belt of New Japan Pro Wrestling, but I hope Powerhouse Hobbs is okay. The closing segment is the main talking point of the whole show. Jack Perry came out and called out Tony Khan to let bygones be bygones, but Jack Perry struck Khan right in the gut with the microphone. The Buck and Okada rushed out, seemingly reprimanding Jack for laying hands on the boss. The Bucks teased him the EVP Trigger but they instead hoisted Tony up and hit the TK Driver on him. This was a wild way to end Dynamite as The Elite took out the head honcho."

A perfect show that even though It had it's down points, you forget about those points because the show is so good on quality of matches and definitely and we'll deserved the Best WrestleMania of all times, a show that I enjoyed from begining to end"

[2.0] "This was a truly bizarre episode of Dynamite. From Moxley defending the IWGP title against Hobbs of all people (why exactly is this match happening? It was absolutely terrible), to a gauntlet type match, to an incredibly awkward match and after match segment for the Mina and Anna Jay section to a very underwhelming Swerve vs Kyle Fletcher matchup. And finally whatever the fuck that show ending was. Tony Khan looking like a stuffed doll taking some pillow bumps. They were trying new things and seeing if theyd stick, I suppose."

[3.0] "Very disappointing follow up show to the excellent Dynasty PPV. Starting the show with the Best Friends was weird but the segment was okay. Swerve coming out next and not even saying a word was bizarre. I want some acknowledgment of what this accomplishment means to him. But instead he just has a SOLID WRESTLING MATCH with Kyle Fletcher. Maddening. The Willow celebration was awkward as hell, the gauntlet match wasn't explained well but was ultimately the highlight of the show. Will Ospreay going for what has been presented as a lower midcard title feels very off. Jericho continues to bore. The main event sucked."

[2.0] "What a horrible event. The structure of the show and the audio were all time bad. You crown a new world champion 4 days ago and u start the show with angle that has been to this point exclusively on Rampage? Then the champ appears and he doesn't say anything? What? You throw a celebration party for Willow, a segment for Jericho but all you have for your world champion is wrestling a jobber in a eliminator match that he has no business being in? By doing that, you surrounded and aligned your new world champion with mediocrity from the start, you already made a big step towards making Swerve feel like a transitional champion till the All In. I don't care the match was most likely good, thats not the point, they can randomize (like they most likely do) a pair of wrestlers from their roster and give them 10 minutes and it most likely be a good match, but thats midcard, mediocrity, fillers, THIS IS THE WORLD CHAMPION WE TALKING ABOUT. Then Mina drags Anna Jay to a passable match, somewhere around that time the alleged best technical wrestler in the world Deonna Purrazzo cut the promo which I unfortunately had no pleasure of hearing cuz of the audio issues. The Willow and Mercedes promo was great, FINALLY Mercedes did something of a meaning and finally she did something right, really great promo on her side that finally felt like Mercedes talking rather than reading her script cashing money and going home. Gauntlet match was bad idea and bad execution with Will Ospreay's attempt of putting over the "I retire the tiger driver" story being so bad that they needed to set up a interview after to state it again. Then the absolute garbage of a match for IWGP Championship with my favourite IWGP superstar Powerhouse Hobbs, I hope he is okay. In the main event, The Elite - Tony Khan segment was great, Bucks has been carrying AEW TV since their heel turn, really good cliffhanger that hasn't been seen on AEW TV for ages."

[5.0] "This episode was a mixed bag. It started out shaky, finished strong, but it was pretty far from a smooth ride. As far as story goes, this Dynamite delivered on its promise of fallout from Dynasty, and even with some lapses in quality, it had interesting segments (yes, even the one with Jericho) and two straight-forward plot lines: Don Callis and his guys try to take a shot at the biggest stars in the company and fall short, apart from the one guy whos an actual star and could break away anytime that he wanted to. Meanwhile, Jack Perry makes his return to TV in an attempt to be reinstated. Thats some good stuff. Thats conflict! Now as for the wrestlingwell, if the first hour was on episode of Rampage, then Id say it was a pretty good show (aside from those audio issues)! But this is Dynamite, and that second hour stunk, mostly because of that battle royale. Sure, it worked as a way to get some guys on the show and bring back some of that old Dailys place magic, but the stipulation is always a flop on TV, just my two cents. Would I watch this again in full? No. Are there some segments that Ill back on in a year or so? Probably."

[3.0] "[1.50/5.00]: Must have watched a different episode than the "high praise" it got, Dynasty was a great PPV, I have my issues with it, namely the length, production and booking aspect of it, but ultimately resulted in a good show by the end of it. And what do they follow that up with a historic restart of a regime for them? Bryan Danielson announcing something important for him down the line, no? Swerve celebratory speech on how much it means to him, no? Chuck Taylor deciding on who his best friend is because everyone cares about a storyline that was on a pre-show in the aforementioned PPV. Brilliant. Kyle Fletcher is 0-5, and he's seemingly the first to get a title opportunity for whatever reason, in a title eliminator (fuck I know how that makes sense for a World Champion to be in his own eliminator match, I understand the concept of a fighting champion, but this is just being ridiculous). If that burial of its own championship isn't enough, AEW has this masturbatory take on wrestling that just never stops being proud of itself, that of course being referencing towards, in the similar words of Yota Tsuji, "the lack of significance and prestige towards the IWGP title" shown in that god-awful Jon Moxley match. If this show had any indication of not being hypocritical, "not-an-onscreen-character" Tony Khan ended the show by taking the Tony Khan driver by the Bucks. Everytime I try to give this show a chance, I'm always met with so little things to care about, and that to with so much ingenuity that it becomes hilarity, nothing about this show is anything praiseworthy, an all-over-the-place show but nothing of utter significance."

[8.0] "First, gotta knock this show a point for having such bad audio. Thankfully I'm subscribed to Fite so I could re-watch some segments afterwards. The flow of the show felt quite disjointed, and Mox/Hobbs wasn't very good, but the Casino Gauntlet was darn good, and so was the opener with Swerve. This episode was storylines heavy, and it setup some quite interesting feuds, and my renewal interest in Jericho's new faction. But certainly the Elite attacking TK is the new talk of the town. By itself, it's nothing out of the ordinary. We've seen this story before. WWF did it. WCW did it. TNA did it. However, with the NFL draft coming up and the league actually covering this storylines makes it all more interesting. Can't wait for next week when The New Elite clash with the return of Omega."

[3.0] "Well here we go again, Ric's out of the mental hospital and brought others with him. I'll again largely not comment as this stuff is tasteless at best. Though I think Hall is the bus driver. Besides that we finish up with about 15 minutes of commercial free recaps and cheesecake before the opening tag match starts off. It's an absolutely fine CW face vs old school heel match. Armstrong Boys seem to be a nice glue team so far, and Rey/Kidman are both great. Then a rumble with the tag teams in the match at the PPV. Fine stuff. Now we've got Buff vs The Cat. But we gotta start with a Cat promo. Both of these guys are limited. It's brawling, rest holds, and some rudimentary stuff. It's just boring into Blockbuster. 1.2.3. Ric's here. No. He's calling everyone out. Biggest thing is that he's setting up the main event. Eventually Macho comes out. Tasteless stuff as Savage is fired. Then Sting and Goldberg come out and beat up Ric and each other, again adding heat to the PPV. Now backstage Ric's talkin to Stevie Ray, puttin a bounty on Nash. Another Hardcore match. Bam Bam vs Sandman. I have negative hope. It's just hardcore stuff for the sake of hardcore stuff. No sense. Both these guys *can* work but they're not. Then Knobbs makes it a no contest, deflating an already boring match. Stevie is tellin the nWo about the deal for Nash. Short Konnan promo before his match vs Horace. It is absolutely nothing. Konnan looks good when he gets offence but 90% feels like Horace controlling or rest spots. Then the nWo interfere and Nash comes to save Konnan. Nash for the most part beats the whole nWo, in a Boss polo. Ric n David make up. But Ric lied so David's about to be eaten by Meng I guess. Oh Piper is here now. He beats up Ric. Because PPV. Ric tells Scott Steiner to go after Nash. Scott agrees. TTP and Elizabeth "press conference" now. Nope technical difficulties. Scott beats up Buff in like... seconds, while looking for Nash. This is nonsensical at best. At least now we have... Meng vs David Flair. That was a rib not a match. And Ric is back out to the ring. David's getting stretcher'd. Ric mocks him. DDP cuts a promo. It's serviceable, but feels like filler to tonight's main, and the PPV. Booker vs Curt isn't a match, It's another angle for the PPV. Stevie stops the match before any fun can be had. Both of these guys are great. It coulda been a really goddamn good match, but booking reigns supreme. Main Event time. It's a pretty decent Flair match for what it's worth, but it has a screwy finish when George and Savage get involved, and while Robinson is running them off a 2nd ref gets the 3 count after DDP gets a foreign object shot on Flair. The BEST things I can say about that is that just large swaths were boring. It really doesn't have any of the absolute lows I'd expect, but there's no peaks. There's probably like 30 minutes of recaps, bumpers, and nitro girls. Matches that fundamentally do nothing. Stories that aren't really progressing much. It feels like it's circling the drain of the PPV. Which if it's good... could pay off."

[7.0] "I thought this was a really good, and so far my personal favourite episode of Smoky Mountain TV. Hector Guerrero vs Keith Hart was my favourite thing on this show; even though it was short it was a really fun and fast paced match. Jim Cornette had a really fun segment with his team reveal fake out. The tag title tournament started on this show; with the brackets being revealed. We also got the first match of the tournament, which was unfortunately my least favourite part of this show. The Wild Butch got a great video package introduction and then took part in the main event as replacements for The Koloff's. He wasn't the smoothest talking but Tommy Rogers could still go here. Fun episode."

My favourite part of this show was Roderick Strong vs Kyle 'O Reilly; although it was really a toss up between that and the tag main event. The other match was also quite good for being under five minutes; Chiampa's push has been pretty strong. The continuation of the Kevin Steen angle was great on this show, with Jim Cornette cutting a great promo about him then Steve Corino continuing things afterward. The weakest part of this show was probably the pre-taped stuff; especially when Eddie Edwards was talking."

[7.0] "So, the show was really good, but there were some weak matches for a Dynamite like this. I must say, in terms of segments, the end of the show really saved it. Seriously, I never imagined we'd see Jake Perry and the members of The Elite beating up Tony Khan. It was a huge segment for this Dynamite Round. But we can say that the show, overall, didn't add much, except for that final segment. Also, seeing the IWGP title being defended like that is depressing. But the gauntlet match was fun, and Mina Shirakawa's entrance was entertaining too, it made up for part of the match."

[] "Opening triple threat was great and showcased all women's ability. I'm sure Tatum enjoyed proving everyone wrong. I didn't watch the tag match or Jaida's match sadly but I heard Jaida did well so good for her. Sol and Blair had a fun little match and it's great to see that Sol can still go even after the injury and god do I hope they see what I see in Blair soon. She is incredibly talented and needs to be utilized more. I (sadly) watched the Lex Corb match and can I just say how much Lex fell off since he had that storyline where everyone thought he attacked Trick backstage. I thought he was gonna be a goofy character that just lies and does shit to get on PLEs but instead he just isn't good. Also why is Corbin, a guy who just won fucking gold losing to LEXIS KING. But anyways, the main event was awesome. Trick proved Meltzer and some others wrong with the "you can't wrestle" talks. A great match and a even better send off for Ilja. Great show overall and pumped for next week."

[8.0] "When it became clear the Tony Khan/Jack Perry promo was going to end the episode rather than the Moxley/Hobbs IWGP title match, I thought they were making a terrible mistake. I couldn't have been more wrong. That ending with The Elite attacking Tony Khna was FANTASTIC, I can't wait to see where that storyline goes. Between this and the enthusiastic audience reactions Perry has been getting, both in his AEW returns and also in his Windy City Riot match for NJPW a few weeks ago, he really has the potential to be one of the hottest heels in wrestling if AEW plays their cards right... and tonight's promo is a step in the right direction. Outside of the ending, I loved that Swerve Strickland was already wrestling in the first TV show following his championship victory on Sunday, and Kyle Fletcher was a great first challenger for him. The variation of the gauntlet match was also very cool. It's a shame the apparent knee injury to Powerhouse Hobbs meant his match with Jon Moxley didn't go as planned, because I was looking forward to that matchup, and because Hobbs has been on a great run lately and I hope he doesn't have to miss significant time. If not for that SNAFU (and some of the show's audio issues), I might have rated this episode even higher, but either way, really good episode all around."

[5.0] "A good, but not great show. It's truly insulting that they decided to give the main event to Cena and Kane who had a cringe-worthy feud that was made simply to get Cena to Wrestlemania. He needed something to do, so he got a two month feud with Kane. So Cena gets a main event with a throw away angle instead of one of your new, young world champions that you should be trying to build and hype up. The matches are all pretty decent, but there's nothing that will blow you away here. The first Chamber match starts great but gets killed by overbooking, and the second one starts terribly, but builds into a fantastic climax. There's definitely fun to be had when watching this show, but nothing here is a must watch either."

[8.0] "The slander towards this show is crazy to me. I don't know how people can call a show with FOUR great matches "mid" or that it "didn't feel like WrestleMania." There are a number of WrestleManias with only two great matches that are rated higher on this site. Becky vs Rhea was a great opener, and even better in hindsight when you learn that Becky was sick and Rhea had a panic attack backstage before the match. The ladder match was a blast with so many fun spots and moments. Maybe a little awkward having two winners in the same match but it didn't affect my enjoyment. R-Truth is a national treasure. Rey and Andrade vs Santos and Dom was fun for what it was. This match was hotshot onto the card but I won't complain about getting some solid lucha action. I've never seen a double stacked cross body. That was sick. The Jason Kelce and Lane Johnson cameos, though nonsensical in story, were fun. I like when WWE makes a point to embrace the city they are performing in. Jimmy vs Jey was my only real disappointment. The hype package was fantastic but the match fell flat. The 6-woman tag was exactly what I expected - a quick showcase for Jade and a way to get more people on the card. Sami vs Gunther was fantastic. I was in the camp of feeling like Chad Gable made more sense as Gunther's Mania opponent but I enjoyed the Rocky storyline and Sami's entrance completely got me on board with him to the point that I popped when he won. Highly effective storytelling. The main event tag match was a spectacle. It was surreal to see the Rock live in a match in 2024. And not a 6 second "match" like at Mania 32. This was a 45 minute epic. The video package and entrances took almost a half hour so when the match started slowly, I got a little restless. However, they really pulled me back in by the end. Upon rewatch, it was a stellar main event. My first live Mania experience was unforgettable, even if it was a little chilly."

[9.0] "Good show, but with some things I want to highlight. I liked the beginning, with The Elite arriving at the arena and the initial fight between Swerve vs Fletcher. The fight was quite dynamic, chemistry and synchronic, so it entertained me. Then there were practically a few good minutes for the women's division that I felt were quite correct for the show. Although the fight between Mina and Anna wasn't that enjoyable for me, it felt "dirty" and slow at times. I loved the Gauntlet Casino, it was quite dynamic and demonstrated the powerful roster that the company has at the moment. Each participant had their moments and the winner was the right one. I felt the Jericho segment was quite low, but I will give the benefit of the doubt to see later what all this is trying to achieve. The Mox vs Hobbs fight was weak and slow, I was never able to connect in the minutes it lasted. The final segment was spectacular and surprising, I didn't think that would happen and that's the beauty of this sport. Looking forward to seeing what happens next in this angle between The Elite and TK. The audio of the show was very bad, but it is understood that it has been happening very often from Daily's Place. 9/10."

[6.0] "Satisfactory episode of Dynamite. Im unsure why Tony, who openly stated he didnt want to be an onscreen character, is now an onscreen character. With that being said, good heat for Jack Perry. I am unsure why Kyle Fletcher, with the record he has, would be put in a title eliminator match. I would have liked to see Swerve really dominate this match and establish the gap between him and Fletcher. Going 15 minutes seems unnecessary. I am unsure why Hobbs got the first crack at the IWGP championship. The tease of Ospreay and Jay White was great. Jericho calling himself the Learning Tree is just code for a man who cant call himself a Demo God anymore as people at home and the fans switch off for him. TK seems to be balancing storyline elements a little better, which is good. This is hardly a 10/10 show especially since some note it wasnt perfect."

[10.0] "Rare for me to love an episode that isn't chock full of great wrestling, but tonight's Dynamite was special in an entirely unique way. It built on all of the major stories coming out of Dynasty. It hinted at what's to come in exciting ways. It put AEW's best talent front and center and gave them the opportunities necessary to show why they're worth cheering for or booing. May favorite thing about AEW, outside of the PPVs themselves, is that following each PPV it feels like a new chapter of a book or season of TV is starting. If you look at it that way, this is perhaps the most exciting start of a season -- the build to Double or Nothing 2024 -- that AEW has ever delivered."

The match to set up Roddy/Ospreay was fantastic with all the wrestlers feeling like stars. Willow was awesome on the mic, and Mercedes feels like she has real direction now. The other women's segment was great, with a good match (Anna still needs to work on stuff), but the stuff following was great. The only negative throughout the show for me was Hobbs looking to be injured. Very upsetting. That said... the closing angle was one of the THE most entertaining moments of wrestling TV I've ever experienced. If Tony Khan wears a neck brace at the draft, it'll be even better. I know it's recency bias, but that was the most fun I've had watching AEW maybe ever. 10 out of 10."

[4.0] "A very lame duck episode of Dynamite coming off of a PPV that it seems that more were higher on than I was. Very hard to feel invested in many of AEWs feuds right now. Strickland in his first appearance as the new world champion going 50-50 with Kyle Fletcher who almost exclusively loses on AEW TV was a choice. The main event angle inspired little to feel invested in what the champion is doing a pointless eliminator match with no build. Similarly, Hobbs hasnt won a match on AEW TV since February with sending Guevara into suspension so why was this match an IWGP title match? The show feels like it has very little in the way of stakes and if the wrestling is not going to compensate for that, it makes the show feel more without destination."

[7.0] "I feel like this Dynamite has been pretty mid up until the closing segment which kinda saved the entire show and it's definitely one of the best things I've seen from AEW in quite some time. The best friends angle at the start of the show was good. Trent's motivations for his turn make sense and Taylor saying shit on TV was a nice moment. Swerve vs. Fletcher was a good opener, I would've prefered Swerve cutting a promo thanking the fans and stuff like that but I'll never complain over a good match. Mina vs. Anna was fine, a little ankward at times. Post-match angle could've been produced better but the idea of Serena Debb going up against Toni Storm is great and I can't wait to see the implications between Toni and Mina. Mercedes and Willow had a really solid segment, Willow looks great as champion and I'm hyped for their match. The Casino gauntlet match was the best match of the night. Love the concept of the match and the action was really fun. Can't wait for Roddy vs. Ospreay. Jericho stuff was bad, Big Bill is killer so why he being throwed in the JerichoVerse instead of being given a push? I feel like this new gimmick actually has potential to be good but I'm just tired of Jericho in general. Moxley vs. Hobbs was a huge dissapointment, Hobbs seemed to be hurt and they improvised a finish. Hope Hobbs is okay. The closing segment, as I previously, said carried the show. It was just awesome, Perry getting huge reactions and The Bucks hitting the TK driver on Tony Khan truly shocked me. Loved the ending with all wrestlers coming out to check on the boss and his father as well. I feel like the direction for Double or Nothing is the Elite vs. Team AEW and I can't wait to see that one. Overall: this was a very story driven show. In-ring wise it was mid but it had lots of stories developments. The first fracks in the Don Callis Family, Takeshita vs. Moxley, the new Elite, Deonna vs. Rosa and much more."

So tightly put together, with so many interlocking segments, but never felt overly chaotic like so many matches with this many wrestlers can. The other three matches were good to very good, and the promos were all excellent, especially Chris Jericho, who has finally finally won me over with this new heel angle. He's so funny in this saccharine insincere teacher role, I can't wait to see where it goes."

[9.0] "Absolutely amazing episode of Dynamite that was mostly carried by two things: The Casino Gauntlet Match and the closing segment. Not to say everything else in the show wasn't good. Fletcher vs Swerve was very good, Willow's segment with Mercedes was probably Mercedes best moment in AEW so far. That Casino Gauntlet, however, fantastic. So many great wrestlers in that match which created call backs to old matchups and even teases at new and exciting match ups. Now, my favorite part of the show. The spectacular closing segment with Jack Perry returning to a one on one face off with Tony Khan, which would lead to TK being attacked by Perry and then taking a MELTZER DRIVER from the bucks. That, to me, was a must watch segment and I really hope they can capitalize on it."

[10.0] "What a follow up after great PPV. This will be one of the most talked about Dynamite in the years. Was it perfect ? No. But this is why we love AEW, they always give you a reason to watch the show. Something you make like , something you don't but they will make you stick to the screen. The Casino Gauntlet match carried the show in ring wise, it was great. Other matches were passable. A lot was set for the future - International Championship bout, TBS, Mox v Takeshita, Debb v Toni. Story progression with Ospreay Tiger Driver move and Don Callis Family. But nothing of all this can shadow the main event angle. This story has a lot of potential with Elite taking over AEW. Yes it has been done a lot of times before, but whenever its done correctly, has been worth watching. AEW has waited 5 years for this, setting up. This makes further AEW programming must watch. The only downside would be weak start to Swerve's reign."

A shocking ending of Dynamite as the Young Bucks, Kazuchika Okada & Jack Perry attacked Tony Khan and layed him out with the Meltzer Driver. I want to know what's happening next and it has me on the edge of my seat. The matches presented were good but had a rough road here and there but it soon became good but mannnn! What a good show from AEW! A banger Dynamite and I will be seated next week."

ESPECIALLY Tim Horner who I honestly think is incapable of delivering even a halfway decent promo. I will say that I was very happy to see Hector Guerrero who delivered a pretty good match. I was also pretty happy to see Bob Holly who's easily one of the best parts of the shows so far. Just to quickly mention this, Ron Wrights antics are kinda interesting I guess but I havent felt invested in him yet. Finally, I guess the main event was fine. I just want the next few episodes to pick up sooner rather than later."

The opening match between Adam Copeland, Mark Briscoe, and Eddie Kingston against Top Flight and Action Andretti was very good for what it was, namely a tune up match for three guys who don't typically team together. Powerhouse Hobbs then squashed CJ Esparza, just to keep himself active before his match next week. The Gunns and the Acclaimed had a basic match that did not get me more hyped for their next match, but did get me excited for the feud ending. The Blackpool Combat Club and the Don Callis Family had a great match that could have been even better if they were just allowed to wrestle. Unfortunately, Layla Hirsch had another stinker, this time against Skye Blue. Finally, we got the match of the night as the elite took on FTR and PAC."

[3.0] "As another comment said this was a nothing show. Everything felt just so lifeless and uninspired plus the All In footage crap. They had the presumption of showing Punk's footage just to take a shot at him and make it look like they're bulding a storyline but instead it was the Young Bucks yapping about nothing for what felt like forever. Just terrible. Also the footage pretty much confirms Punk's version of the story which makes me wonder what the hell they were thinking when they aired it. Just like the YB segment the same must be said for Ospreay's promo with another shot at WWE and then they tried to hide it as if Ospreay was hyping his match with Danielson. Am I watching anti-WWE or AEW? I don't mind a few shots here and there but this is just bad. You have great professionals who can tell great stories in the ring and/or on the mic, why are basing your show on something that Triple H said in an interview and on a guy who's not even in your company anymore? FTR giving another rah-rah speech was also bad. The rest of the show was as average as average could get. Extremely transitional, not bad but definitely not worth watching. Penta and Cope didn't have to go 20 minutes but it was a solid match in the end. Rhodes vs. Joe was a good main event too. Mariah vs. Anna was also quite fun. The JerichoVerse stuff is just awful and from now I'll simply skip everytime Jericho is on my TV. Did they really had to bring Shibata into this crap just for him to eat a pin? Gosh. Overall: I wouldn't consider myself a die-hard fan of AEW. Yes, I only watch their product and I try to defend it anytime I can or being positive about it even though the company is clearly having issues but this was bad. Everything was going so well at the start of the year and after Revolution, what is going on now? Just bad stuff all around."

[9.0] "I enjoyed much of this show. While it didn't have all the crazy high impact matches, the highs were some of the best in the company's history and perhaps peak professional wrestling. Ospreay vs. Danielson will go down as one of the absolute best matches of all time. It's not hyperbolic to say it stands right up there with any of the Omega vs. Okada matches. Ospreay has hit his apex in this match showing the best version of himself to date. This match alone carries much of the show rating. It was impossible to follow that match with the same level of anything, but they tried and had some great matches to follow. Okada vs. PAC also stands out as one of the best PPV openers in recent memory. Okada in AEW makes the promotion feel as though it truly is "where the best wrestle". The crowd throughout the show brought the event to another level with creative chants and heat for most everything on the show. Even Hook vs. Jericho was an interesting spectacle from the crowd's reaction."

[10.0] "When you're dealt a bad hand, it's always something to see what you can make out of it. I had very low expectations for this show as I do for this coming All Out following the Wembley show. Coming off their biggest PPV and the bad press of firing Punk, Tony Khan did wonders to salvage this show. The performances were top notch as well knowing what was at stake. You can always rely on Danielson and Moxley to carry a show or prop-up the company. They had a unique set of matches that made this show stand out from other homogenous PPV line-ups. Takeshita vs. Omega was outstanding. Starks vs. Danielson is one of Danielson's best matches in the company. The main event with Orange Cassidy and Jon Moxley was a unique and satisfying end to the show. The story they told with Orange Cassidy took him to a higher level despite Moxley coming out on top. I really admire this show and how it came off in Chicago which could've easily poo-poo'd the show, but chose to embrace the spectacular action and pacing throughout."

[8.0] "The opener triple threat for the NXT Women's Championship was very good. Fast paced with good action and a logical finish (8/10). The six man tag was solid, nothing special (6/10). Jaida vs Fallon was okay (4/10). The Lola and Karmen contract signing with Shayna and Natalya involved did a nice job in building up their upcoming match. The beach brawl between Sol and Blair was fun and entertaining (6.5/10). Lexis vs Corbin was nothing special (4/10). The main event for the NXT Championship was very good. Throughout the show, they had previous NXT stars give their opinion on who was going to win and have some interactions. It was a nice way of hyping up how important this was. The match delivered and Trick becoming the new champion was the right move with Ilja moving on up to the main roster (8/10). The opening and main event title matches carried the show, though I did like the women's slightly more. The middle of the show was mostly filler of varying quality, there needed to be something important to keep the interest up. Night 1 of Spring Breakin' was overall a good episode of NXT. 8/10"

[9.0] "A show that is really close to perfect - one of the best cards AEW had ever put on at that point. An all-time classic in Omega/Ospreay was the talk of the town. Danielson/Okada delivered a banging main event, while the 10-man tag and Intercontinental Championship 4-way were similarly entertaining. Dragging for a couple of matches that suffered from little to no build, but the in-ring credibility of this show can't be denied. [9.0]"

The first three matches were predictably uneventful, but the last two lived up to expectations and their post-match segments were great. Can't take away from JD McDonagh though, he also showed why he is where he is. I hope JD doesn't turn into the next Dolph Ziggler who can sell amazingly and put on a great match, but just turns into a full-time jobber throughout his career. This match proved he can sell just as well, the destroyer Richochet used to finish the match, JD took it perfectly. Glad the crowd was more into this match than pervious crowds."

This concept needs to be fixed still make it 5 - 10 minutes so the match can properly develop because Ricochet & JD McDonagh have great chemistry together whenever they go at it in the ring. Ricochet had a cool outside dive which had the fans standing up which was cool. But now Ricochet in the Finals of the Tournament for the WWE Speed Championship. I'm assuming Bronson Reed is gonna defeat Johnny Gargano to advance and face Ricochet in the Finals of the Tournament."

IMO it was better than Revolution."

My positive points: Becky vs Rhea was really good; The result sucked, but the Tag Titles Match itself was very fun; Sami vs Gunther was a absolute banger. In the end, I enjoyed Night 1, but there was things that could be done way different."

[7.0] "This show took an interesting route from the co-main event and would backfire badly. Before that, some of the best moments unfold in Ali/Jake's blazing opener, the great return of Mike Santana, and my 'Match of the Night' from Alexander & Hammerstone. However, the return of Sami Callihan was poorly done with unneeded overbooking that didn't make any sense with the story. The return of 'Broken' Matt Hardy was an interesting choice for various reasons, and his slot-in to the main event picture would be fine if it turned out to be a one-off spectacle. Both would backfire if Callihan doesn't live up to the state he was when he left & Matt's creative work doesn't impress (because at this age, I would never expect an in-ring clinic from him). Otherwise, Rebellion was a fun PPV but a downgrade from last year and the big-time Hard To Kill from January."

Also, no news on the Pure Title (I know Wheeler is injuried, but the belt shouldn't be held hostage by a injuried champion, crown a new one, at least temporarily). Now the positives: Fletcher vs Moriarty killed it, the Stardom Showcase was great, Billie vs Aminata was solid, Shida vs Athena was fantastic, and the Main Event was was bloody and sweet at the same time! I personally thought the opening match between Roxanne Perez, Lyra Valkyria, and Tatum Paxley was the best of the night, even more so than the much-anticipated title match between Trick Williams and Ilja Dragunov. That main event match was solid and definitely showcased the talents of both Williams and Dagunov, even if they made it PAINFULLY obviously who would win by stipulating that Williams would have to quit NXT if he lost. One final note: I really hated the Beach Brawl gimmick for the Blair Davenport/Sol Ruca match, with them hitting each other with beach balls, swimming tubes, and surfboards. Dumb."

First of all I loved the atmosphere here and the whole setup was fantastic with crowd looking incredible on the hard camera. Secondly Paul Heyman on commentary was phenomenal and I thanked God that Lawler was gone at least for this night. When it comes to matches though there were two great ones. Angle vs Benoit was something fresh with both guys presenting eye-catching amateur wrestling with the incredible level of smoothness in this and of course the main event was fantastic, where I mostly loved how Austin was getting more heelish with every passing minute. Other stuff was a mixbag though. I liked Jericho vs Regal, Guerrero vs Test wasn't bad, Hardcore Title match was stupid fun and McMahon drama bout had a great Linda moment. But then the Gimmick Battle Royal was fun until they actually started wrestling, I absolutely hated the TLC Match for the second time and Triple H vs Taker was horrendous with Chioda laying down for the entirety of the match. I understood why they had a short match because of the top rope malfunction , but they didn't really have a match, Dijak was a great heel though having no remorse and just beating up Eddy. The best match was easily Bate vs Dragon , Dragon is absolutely great in the ring , and Tyler is too so this was going to obviously be the best match of the night as they would do every time they are in the ring together. I also like Dragons finisher , it's a unique one . My favorite promo was Cora promo , she looked good and she cut a good promo on the nxt women's division , she is good on the mic. Match ratings Jensen Team vs Meta four 6/10 , Oba vs Borne 8/10 , Dragon vs Tyler 9/10 , Thorpe vs Dijak 6/10 , Riley Osborne vs Keanu Carver 7/10 , Blair and Cora vs Lyra and Nikkita 7/10."

The opener was brilliant and everything in the middle of the card, particularly the beach brawl was very solid. But, this card was really surrounding the main event and what a match that was. Bringing back all of the NXT alum, Tricks call with his mother and Iljas intensity throughout the night? This was so good. Yes, Trick is not perfect yet but Ilja made him look incredible. This was Tricks best match ever and a fitting send off to end Iljas time in NXT, which has been truly tremendous. Outside of the matches we saw a returning Santana which I'm all for, a returning Callihan who looks even worse than usual and Matt Hardy... In his Broken gimmick. Aren't we past that? We should be past Matt Hardy as an in ring talent as a whole. TNA has been great lately with logical storylines, booking and matches that deliver. Bringing in a broken down (no pun intended) Matt Hardy who can't do it in the ring and who's gimmick does not fit the product is a bad idea. Immediately having him come in and challenge Moose is one of the worst ideas I can think of. Even if Matt proves he can still go in the ring, we just had Nemeth come in and immediately get a shot. Now we have another guy that doesn't have to earn his spot. I didn't really take any of that into account in my score because I'll have to see where it goes first but I can't say it makes me excited for the future."

Her getting injured made me genuinely sad it was a fantastic finish. The main event doesn't need a description, beautiful moment. The Infantry stood out, Kyle and Lee had a hot opener and the STARDOM trios match was a highlight- I really like the fluid and highly involvement in their multi woman matches but this took it to another level. GUNTHER/Sheamus was a classic, I really liked Liv/Shayna honestly. Liv's reign was booked horribly but this was the one shining light. Edge and JD feud wasn't my cup of tea and the Dominik turn was cool at the time but after two weeks I regretted feeling that way. I forgot Seth and Riddle worked this show honestly. Main event was great apart from the ending, Drew was the only one apart from Cody who I thought could have beaten Roman. I don't like how Solo's NXT gimmick got completely changed and he still kept the dumb name that signified that gimmick, when being in the Bloodline."

I understood it when she was champion but at this point it's a bit deflating. All the other matches were pretty uninteresting but I was really happy to see Santos in a big four payperview. The main event was a good WarGames match, I preferred the women's but you can't do a bad WarGames match. CM Punk's return..... I try to be optimistic but you have a really stacked main event scene, add another guy to show up and get injured instantly? I hope he proves me wrong though. I enjoy him on the microphone still."

Black Desire/TokyoSpo was a highlight for someone like me who thought all the Oedo teams carried the Goddess league. Saya/KAIRI was the match I was most excited for this whole year, and it delivered even if delayed. I was actually fine with the draw even though a Saya win would've been another feather in the cap of her amazing reign. Syuri/Utami was Syuri vs. Utami you know"

[] "Syuri/Giulia was absolutely brutal and it really showed me how much of a star Giulia was by just walking in. Saya/Utami is, to date, my favourite Stardom match and it was key at getting me really invested in the company and Saya's reign. Kairi and Mayu teaming was pretty cool. Black Desire/FWC ran the Goddess division for this whole year too."

[] "Kairi/SLK, Mayu/Syuri and the Tam/Saya rematch are highlights but night 1 had better and more exciting matches, honestly."

[] "Incredible how booking and commentary got me so involved with Tyler Bate, who I had never heard of before this show, and made me so invested in him eventually winning the tournament. Also a great first look at Tommy End! Lot of nostalgia for this show."

[] "I like the idea and I wish they'd do it again. The match wasn't special and the storyline involving it was really the first step in NXT getting a bit too messy regarding their biggest stars and, in particular, #DIY."

[] "This was a bit of a weird show. Main event is fantastic and I really liked the Artist title match. Saya's defense was pretty run of the mill, I wanted a bit of a more exciting opponent for Dream Queendom especially since there wasn't a world where Umesaki would've won but she's a good wrestler. Sorry Yuu but Neo Stardom Army sucked. KAIRI and Utami had a weird stipulation so I'm kinda glad it was a draw but as a match it wasn't much. I liked Mina and Unagi's return."

Trick's stardom to the top was well-deserved while that opener was non-stop fun for 12 minutes. It was a brilliant night of pro-wrestlers ascending and embracing their success."

I found the Card to be dragging along until the Final 2 Matches which we're the only ones I was excited to see. The Only Matches I genuinely enjoyed were the Opening Ladder Match which while a bit sloppy was still a creative & unique Match style that I enjoyed. The Main Event was also a Fun Watch & cool to see a Match in an Empty Stadium but 9.22 is outrageously overrating it. The Women's Match & the AEW World Championship Matches were good but I found their Endings to be a bit eh so I also feel they're Overrated. Lance Archer was a Bore for Me even with Jake The Snake by his Side I'm hoping I don't see him getting a Big Push in Proceeding Events."

[] "Absolutely packed show to close out an excellent tournament. Mina and Poi's match signifies Mina's rise, even before she challenged Saya a month later I believe. Momo and Hazuki was a great match between two wrestlers who share a similar place in the card when they should be higher. Saya and Ami had an alright match although I didn't love the finish. It leads into a pretty solid White Belt defense in 2024 so I can't complain though. Mayu/SLK is fantastic, Giulia/Suzu is one of my favourite Stardom matches of 2022 and was the match I was waiting for this whole tournament. Saki Kashima Sweep Lol. Maika/Himeka is also amazing, they did so much in such short time that it's a great watch. Risa/Syuri do Risa and Syuri things and that was great, and the final just had so much into it and it was also a great watch. Very quality show."

[] "So so good. Io going crazy with the steel chair was the first step to one of the best NXT storylines and matches and a high point in Shayna's reign. The ladder match is legendary and Kyle O'Reilly became a star to me after all the shit he took in that. The main event was great at the time and for the moment, Cole's reign ended up being solid as well."

We see vampires, a psych patient, a human piranha and whatever a KATAKARI is (he really liked saying his name). To some degree it was entertaining but didn't make for interesting ringwork but could make for some entertaining segments down the line. The continued presence of Hashimoto and Kawada is an interesting draw to this card even if neither of their matches are anything someone watching their catalogs would be missing out on."

[] "Amazing night of WrestleMania. A year removed from the main event and I'm still starstruck. Charlotte and Rhea also had an amazing matchup right beforehand. Honestly everything here went pretty well, probably Dom should have won, especially considering how he just lost to Rey the next year but I don't like him anyways so it's whatever. Had me incredibly excited for Night 2."
