After about fifteen-plus years or so of hard work, busting my butt in and out of the ring, I decided to take my hard-earned money and found an organization called TNA.
['Thank you, Jeff!'-Chants] Every critic in the world said we wouldn't last six weeks. Said we wouldn't last six months. But guess what? Guess what? I'm standing in the middle of the six-sided ring on Monday night, the greatest night in company history, and I am damn proud to be here!
And Hulk, you know it, and I know it. I tried to convince you for YEARS to be a part of TNA, and the timing just wasn't right. But tonight, on a Monday night, the timing is right!
[TNA-Chants] And what I'm about--what I'm about to say is all about TNA. In my career I've done some good things and some not good things. But by far the most rewarding thing I've ever done is give young guys - dozens if not hundreds - is give young guys the opportunity, the chance to step in the ring. Guys lik--Guys like Beer Money, who I consider the greatest tag team in the business today. The Motor City Machine Guns, Daniels, Samoa Joe. And last but not least, the TNA World Heavyweight Champion, AJ Styles!
