111.04.2024DWhite932.0Is this worthy of being dubbed the worst Nitro ever in 2000? Honestly not really but I see why people hate this show. Firstly, they made Jeff Jarrett, THE WORLD CHAMPION, lose CLEANLY in two minutes and they made look like a complete joke as well after the match. Then you have Russo appearing to have super human leg strength to avoid tapping out to a Figure Four (as RawIsJericho mentioned, it lasted 70 seconds). And then you have whatever that main event was which still baffles me. And all of this was to build up to The Great American Bash that took place six days later? The only match I liked was Steiner vs Vampiro and I don't know why
207.03.2023kewf19881.0To quote Michael Cole, this show was vintage Vince Russo, in that the show had hardly any good matches and was just goofy. Bischoff becoming hardcore champion, Kimberly wrestling, Russo surviving the figure four for what felt like eternity and then beating Ric Flair, and the main event which featured pinfalls where Nash didn't have to cover. Amazing.
327.08.2020realyoshihashi10.0I've never vibed with an episode of wrestling TV on this level. Like... I have no words, every 30 seconds a new storyline is being handled, Bischoff comes in like 5 times within 45 minutes in different storylines, 2 cage matches in a row, one of them ended with raining blood... Kevin Nash murking 5 members of the New Blood in 20 seconds? Insane.
419.08.2020ElPolloLoco1.0One point for one reason alone: 13, 000 persons looked at the card and said "Vince Russo in a steel cage? Eric Bischoff in a hardcore match? Kevin Nash taking on eleven guys all on his own? Wow! I need to buy a ticket to see that live! ". It's either a testament to how devoted WCW fans were or the International Federation of Masochists was holding a convention in Atlanta that day. Given how beyond horrifying every single match was I'd say the latter, and they really got their money's worth.
519.08.2020WhatIsLooveee0.0I have not yet watched this show (but I will definitely do it) but the results of the show drive me into a stupor. Kevin Nash squashed five people in a minute? Eric Bischoff and Vince Russo defeated two legends in their solo matches? Match between Hogan brothers? I don't believe that everything could be that bad. Upd: yep, that was bad.

701.09.2018RawIsJericho0.0Possibly the worst episode of wrestling tv ever. This was just insane and stupid. You have the world championship losing clean in under 3 minutes and looking like a joke before a ppv title defense. You have Ric jobbing to Russo and Russo not tapping out to the figure four for over 70 SECONDS (I can't get over that). You have Nash embarrassing a bunch of young stars and winning getting pins WITHOUT EVEN COVERING THEM (I can't get over that either). You have Bischoff winning the hardcore title from Funk, even though Funk had to overcome harder odds weeks on end. The only decent match is the opener, and it isn't all that good. Just a total trainwreck and a perfect example of why Russo was so hated. Terrible.
