[4.0] "Aside from the Bret/Mankind match, there's pretty much nothing of huge substance or interest in this episode."

[1.0] "This was the worst Shotgun Saturday Night show and that is not exactly a high hurdle to creep under. The 1 point is for Hart and Mankind which was okay. All the other matches were awful. The fact that the only clean finish is in a squash match. The amount of BWO chants in the crowd should tell you how invested the crowd was in what they were seeing."

[6.0] "Royal Rumble fall out show. Vince mcmahon and Owen Hart on commentary, Sunny dancing, Mankind on the pull on the dance floor gets attacked by Bret Hart to start the show. Mankind vs. Bret Hart, Sunny joins commentary and presses Vince on him doing anything to stop Bret Hart leaving, nice lifting of the curtain. The crowd feels more like a wrestling crowd than the night club crowd they have been going for. Mankind is trying to get to the dancing girls as the show goes to break. Tod Pettengal talks to a woman wearing a fury bikini, claiming she's princess leia... it wasn't. Owen attacks Bret as sharpshooter is locked I'm, decent match but wasn't vert shotgun saturday nighty. Tod Pettengal interviews Paul Bearer, who blames liquor and sex in the club for mankind's poor showing. Highlights of Shawn Michaels winning the wwf title at the rumble. Pole dancers. Tod Pettengal interviewed Salvio Vega about falling out with Amhed Johnson cutting a face promo which seems odd. Rocky Maivia vs. Salvio. Crush and Faarooq, who refused to be interviewed by Tod Pettengal, commentary thinks that Salvio has joined the nation, but Salvio doesn't seem to know. Salvio eventually starts wrestling heel but the crowd are chanting, "Rocky sucks" Salvio throws Rocky out of the ring, causing him to injur his knee and get counted out Salvio and Nation attack Rocky after the match the crowd are generally supportive. Tod Pettengal interviews Jake Roberts cuts a great promo even over the club music. More pole dancers. HHH joins commentary. Jake Roberts carrying a snake through a packed night club dance floor is a health and safety nightmare. Jake Roberts vs Sal Sincere short match ends with DDT. Jake puts Snake in Sal, the Nation watching from the balcony. During the break HHH attacks Sal Sencere. Crush vs Sid (play his wcw dub if you want to make or feel like a bigger deal) the crowd love Sid. After the powerbomb Salvio and Faarooq are in the ring, Sid chases them off with a chair. The chair shot to Crush sounded like a shotgun pun instead. This was episode probably had the best matches so far of any of the Shotgun Saturday nights. While Sunny back and commentary and the rotating cast of Owen Hart and HHH was an improvement from last week the show didn't have the same energy and we didn't get some of the craziness you'd expect leaving the show a little flat in places"

[4.0] "I would recommend only watching Bret/Foley and skipping the rest of it. There was truly very little of value on this show."
