[5.0] "The matches were average and the the main event was stupid. No backstage segment ruling out either competitor, just Davenport coming out and saying she took care of them. So stupid"

[4.0] "I've missed a week or two so I'm not exactly up to speed. But I wasn't very interested in this week's episode. Good heartfelt promo by Dragunov in surrendering the NXT UK championship, but other than that it was just video packages and uninteresting matches. And for whatever reason the main event was changed, which angered some. Stupid that they couldn't even get a finish with this changed match. At least something fresh is happening with the new tournament, but I'm still not exactly looking forward somehow?"

"This felt like the Vince of all Vince moves not doing a big unadvertised match and then doing a no contest for the main event anyway. A big fail for this brand"

[8.0] "What the hell is this? Since when does an event have more votes than matches, if the evaluation of the entire show is usually ignored? A community living on hatred has found a reason to join the discontent, expressing it not in a constructive, but in a destructive way? Let's start with the fact that the show began with one of the best babyface promos of recent years, where Dragunov didn't say any formulaic things, and clearly followed his character, you don't perceive his statement tragically and with the thought "everything is gone", you wait for his return and understand that he will take his own, because he charged with this confidence, it is enough to pay attention to the audience at the beginning and at the end. Chase stable story and their influence on Samuels' plot are cool and funny, maybe it's similar to Corbin's story, but I see it more promising. There's nothing special about Carter and Raja's match, but I'm thrilled with Teoman and his coverage of his friend's loss as a victory, and the beginning of the feud with Gradwell in a classic manner fit in perfectly here. The decision with the main event can be called controversial, but throwing a tantrum over it is nonsense. Firstly, because there was no plot with Satomura and Sarray as such, there was a call to the match and a complimentary "press conference", secondly, there are plot reasons for this, Davenport received furious hatred from the audience and other women, we saw a spontaneous match, and after the match there was chaos, which I raised four performers to a higher level at once, which has been very lacking lately for full-fledged competitiveness. Maybe it's easier for me to accept all this, because I'm not a fan of the idea of a Meiko and Sarray match, but I really don't see any flaws. This is a story show, there are a lot of funny segments, there are interesting announcements here that fuel interest, and the main engine of it was at the end of this show. There was nothing special about the matches, but they were at least not useless, as happens in NXT UK quite often. I enjoyed it and this is my favorite event show for at least a month and a half, it's really impossible to get bored here. I am sure that all these ratings are put just like that, because someone saw some treacherous decision, spitting on everything else that the wrestlers could offer to people who are interested."

Awful show with no redeeming qualities at all."

[0.0] "If you falsely advertise a hyped-up main event for weeks and replace it with a crappy seven minute no contest that is also the longest match on the show, you deserve a zero. Frankly, I'm not even sure how WWE legally gets away with this crap all the time."

[2.0] "This was a notable episode for two reasons - Ilja Dragunov vacating the NXT UK Title due to injury, which had been leaked out a few weeks ago when these episodes were taped, and the decision to false advertise Meiko Satomura vs. Sarray, claiming that Blair Davenport had taken both of them out backstage without showing proof. This then led to an average Davenport match with Isla Dawn that saw Eliza Alexander run in for a DQ finish. It's getting 2 points because Carter/Raja was good, one of the worst episodes in the show's history."

[0.0] "NXT UK continues to be a baffling product. Their momentum is negative thanks to the pandemic and having no PPVs to build up to, great matches are sporadic and the talent that 5 years ago were sure-fire stars now feel like wasted potential (Hunter is in charge now, get Bate in the MR). The failure of this episode is promising Sarray vs Meiko Satomura, a match that on paper would have been excellent in every other wrestling company in the world and that people were going to see this dead show for it, but not only the match never started (Blair Davenport attacked both and wanted to be the No 1 contender) but the match that replaced it ended in a no contest. It reminded of a recent Smackdown where Sheamus vs Drew was promised for the whole show but then Sheamus backed out and Butch (speaking of wasted potential) was squashed in one minute. The other matches were there, but they don't matter really. NXT UK is a failure of a show and the talent should just go to NXT in the US and be done with this."
