[9.0] "Koji Doi vs. Shotaro Ashino ist ein gutes intensives Match ***1/4. Die beiden hätten ruhig etwas länger gehen können. Wo die Strong Hearts auftauchen gibt es ein gutes Match und so war es auch hier gegen Nextream ***1/4. Aoyagi gegen Sato ist eine gute Beulerei ***. Der Semi Main Event ist ein Hammer Heavyweight Match ****. Jake Lee gegen Kento Miyahara ist ein geiles Match ****1/2."

"Die letzten beiden Matches hätten halt 10. 000 + Zuschauer verdient. Ishikawa vs. Suwama war halt dieser Hauch von Ruchlosigkeit und die blutige Lippe von Ishikawa war halt genau das, was das alles noch besser machte. Im Ring war das für mich extrem geil und als Story hat man jetzt Ishikawa, der Suwama den Sieg im Carnival gekostet hat und gleichzeitig den Champion besiegt hat. Ich freue mich schon auf ein Titelmatch zwischen den beiden (****). Miyahara ist eine unglaubliche Bombe. Meine Fresse, wie ekelhaft gut der ist. Jake Lee hat für mich aufgrund der Looks immer ein bischen was von Shinsuke Nakamura und doch ist er ganz anders. Für mich das beste Match in der Corona-Zeit mit so ganz ohne Publikum. Vielleicht sogar das beste Match des Jahres? Oder der gesamten Pandemie? Das Ding ist, dass das Timing der beiden perfekt war. Der Aufbau perfekt. Das Selling von Miyahara ist aktuell glaube ich unerreicht. Weltweit. Alter Falter, ein Wrestling-Traum dieses Match (*****1/4)."

[7.0] "As a whole, this was actually one of the weaker days of the tournament. There wasn't much to Aoyagi/Sato and Suwama/Shuji was too slow for my liking, but the one thing it needed to do was have Jake Lee win the tournament, which he did, so I'm happy with the show."

[8.0] "Really satisfying final day for arguably the most enjoyable tournament of the pandemic. Ashino vs. Doi / Aoyagi vs. Sato were decent and short enough. The StrongHearts 6-man tag team match was a blow-away sprint that shouldn't be skipped. Suwama's selling masterclass helped make the semi-main my personal match of the tournament. The finals match was somewhat below my expectations, but had an excellent finishing stretch."

[8.0] "Good end to the Champion Carnival. I think I liked the result more than the main event match itself. No crowd definitely took away from the atmosphere and finish. Glad Jake Lee finally is getting a push. Hopefully this means more good things in his future."
