Stuff the matches are top quality especially the good house keeping match which shows how good Jimmy Lyon is. Despite all the good everything feels so rushed, the heavyweight title was only 6 minutes for crying out loud. |
| 2 | 07.06.2021 | venice | 5.0 | An entertaining match from Louie. He has the charisma and his scream is legendary, but he never puts on an energetic enough bout, so this was fun to see. For the Good Housekeeping Match it was 99% a melee contest. This match was brutal from the start to pin, and the crowd was definitely the rowdiest during this brawl. Austin Luke & Brandon Kirk put on a creative match but they did lack execution. Payne & Valentine had a good, short match with Payne starting off with a dropkick, of sorts. Matches from these two are either hit or miss, with this one being a hit. Started quite strong for Cannonball, but like many of his performances, they end up being pretty weak. Overall a decent performance that provided tension building, with a gruesome moment or two. The main event was unexpected as the wrestling was reasonably decent and they stayed away from the hardcore side of wrestling. | 4 | 23.04.2021 | Sebastian V | 7.0 | Der Opener war gleich mal ein gelungener, mehr als anständiger Start dieser Show. Es gab Nonstop Action und zudem eine gute Heel/Facedynamik, welche die Zuschauer reinholte. Das sollten wir auch später noch erleben und generell erlebte man in dieser Show in meinen Augen den stimmungstechnisch positiven Pay Off der H20 vs 44OH Story. Diese Story stand auch im Vordergrund bei den folgenden beiden Matches, in welchen die H20 Young Guns auf 440H! Vertreter trafen. Sie machten keine schlechte Figur aber verloren schließlich. Das danach folgende Good Housekeeping Deathmatch war mein persönliches MOTN. Das war eine kreative Stipulation die kreativ und auch vor Allen Dingen hart und entschlossen umgesetzt wurde, wobei Mickie als Aggressorin sowie Lyon als kämpfender Underdog gut funktionierten. Bei Luke gegen Kirk konnte sich dann mal einer der H20 Guys durchsetzen und das H20 Heavyweight Title Match war ein unterhaltsamer Sprint wie ich finde. Das Co ME bot dann noch die Cannonball typische, nicht immer saubere aber nicht ununterhaltsame Materialschlacht, bevor das ME einen mehr als anständigen und vor Allem auch im Kontext der Story stimmungsvollen Abschluss darstellte. Insgesamt war das in meinen Augen eine unterhaltsame, mehr als anständige Show, welche 7 Punkte verdient. |
