The matches are really bad with the same tired booking for John Cena in the main event. The tag team match involving midgets was a strong contender for worst match of the year. Shelton is buried in a handicap match getting punished by Eric Bischoff and Kane fights Edge yet again! The finish is at least creative and the spot where Lita takes a Tombstone on the ramp was a shocking moment, but this whole feud is a waste of time when we really just want Matt Hardy vs Edge. Battle of the Bands is more time wasting nonsense the World Title feud is just boring! Eugine gets a surprise return where he winds up winning Kurt Angle's Gold Medals, but it's treated like he actually won a hard fought match when he just survived 3 minutes which isn't impressive at all because of all the lengthy matches he had with Triple H! While the Divas Search segment at least isn't as long as usual, it's still a completely useless segment. What the hell does a hot dog eating contest have to do with wrestling? This was a very low effort show with very little of interest happening. |

Angle verliert in seinem eigenen Invitational sogar gegen den zurückkehrenden Eugene und verliert zusätzlich seine Goldmedaillen für einen Schocker. Das Mixed Tag-Team Match war grauenhaft. Wie üblich bei Midgets einfach furchtbar. Cena und Jericho sollten musikalisch performen was Cena tat. Jericho hingegen überlegte es sich anders. Wie lame. Ohne Hogan liefert HBK eine starke Promo. Es kommt definitiv Hype für Summerslam. Masters und Snitsky vs Shelton war schlecht. Bischoff hatte keine tolle Idee Shelton in ein Handicap Match zu stecken. Langweilig. Wie schon letzte Woche macht Big Show Jagd auf Masters. Die Diva Search Kandidatinnen essen diesmal Hot Dogs aber man fragt sich echt warum man das im TV zeigt. Kane vs Edge war in Ordnung. Kane verliert ein weiteres Mal kann aber Lita den Tombstone auf der Bühne verpassen. Matt Hardy attackierte Edge erneut und Kane fuhr mit Lita mit einem Krankenwagen davon. Der Main-Event war solide. Ganz solides Match bis Jericho als Referee Cena attackiert und Carlito somit den Sieg schenkt. Somit kriegt Carlito nächste Woche eine Titelchance. |
