I do not get over the fact that an actor with no sport background and not physically impressive beat a WWE superstar like that even if the match is good it upset me. Edge vs Styles was a good match but Edge win is a bad decision, Edge not making over talent who are here full time in his last run make me sick. All the things with McMahon, Theory and McAfee were bad. And the main event feels like such a big match, I have to admit that the star power and the titles unification bring a strong interest into it, but what a disappointment, their match at CJ was far better, Reigns winning is good but truly the match didn't follow the expectations."

Andernfalls wäre die Show schlicht unerträglich langatmig.

[7.0] "This show was not as good as the Saturday's but had many highlights, and not great lowlights sprinkled throughout that hurt the show. Match 1: RKBro vs. Street Profits: N/A (Didn't see the match cause I was coming back from work :/. Many people are giving it a 7-8 out of 10. Match 2: Lashley vs. Omos: 4/10 (2? ) Pretty Average. Omos dominated but was beaten by quick Lashley comeback. Match 3: Knoxville vs Zayn: 7.5 (3.75? ) Great fun. The beginning was slow with setting up spots. And the naked guy was weird. But after that, SO entertaining. Match 4: Women's Tag Fatal Four Way: 5/10 (2.5? ) Relatively good action, the best part was probably the entrances. Especially Sasha's Lambo and Rhea and Liv's outfits. Match 5: Edge vs Styles: 8/10 (4? ) Very fun action, however pretty slow which may annoy some people. Also the crowd was dead, 77, 000 corpses for this one. Match 6: New Day vs Ridge & Sheamus: 0/10 (0? ) Cut night 1, never should've happened on night 2. A big fuck you to Big E. Wasn't PPV quality before the weekend, definitely not after. Waste of time even if it was only 2 minutes. Match 7: McAfee vs Theory: 7.5/10 (3.75? ) Really good fun. Amazing entrance by McAfee. Redid many of the Adam Cole match spots and slightly weak ending. End of match shenanigans were great fun. Which leads to... Match 8: McAfee vs McMahon: (n/a) Not rating this cause what the hell was McMahon supposed to do? Stone Cold came out and did his thing. Great selling by McAfee. Match 9: Reigns vs Lesnar: 2/10 (1? ) THE BIGGEST WRESTLEMANIA MATCH EVER. Was the complete fucking opposite. If you've seen any previous Reigns vs Lesnar matches, you've basically seen this one too. 5 Spears, 2 superman punches, 2 F5's and a Kimura with the weakest ending ever. These two men can have such amazing matches with other people, but they somehow create a dumpster fire with each other every time as if they doing so on purpose. Only 2 interesting spots here, skip. Overall: 5.2/10 (Calculated) 7/10 (Personally) Honestly if you skip the New Day match and the main event. The show is pretty damn entertaining with a lot of exciting things with nothing too terrible (outside of the matches skipped of course)."

Sasha & Naomi winning the tag titles was a big moment I was really happy for them! Austin showing up again was a fun moment while my MOTN is Edge vs Styles this was a total banger! Useless to talk about Reigns vs Lesnar same shit as always the only think I cared about was Roman standing tall at the end I ended in a happy note for this!"

[6.0] "Not as strong a second day as the first, but a solid conclusion to an overall good two night Wrestlemania. Sami Zain vs Johnny Knoxville and the Jackass crew was the highlight of the show for me as well as a very good tag team opening match. Edge vs AJ Styles was a little short of the classic mark for me, but it's still a decent match. Pat McAfee had a good match with Austin Theory, but then it's spoiled by whatever the hell they was thinking with Vince McMahon beating him afterwards. I have to say I also hated watching the New Day get squashed for the second Wrestlemania running. Lesnar vs Reigns isn't a classic, but I had fun with it for what it was. Most of the show is pretty solid, but it didn't have that next level special kind of feel like the first day did with Austin returning for a match after 19 years out and Cody Rhodes returning to the WWE, which a few months before looked impossible. I also felt like the recaps were a waste of time and the opening highlight package would have been fine!"

[7.0] "This certainly gets off to a stronger start than the previous night - good opener, Lashley/Omos is decently fun big man fare, and Knoxville/Zayn is a piece of some classic WWE bullshit that makes you double check if you're high (I say this positively). Sami's fall through a mousetrap-covered table? Greatness. Women's tag is whatever and pretty sad that it's Sasha's only WrestleMania win, Edge/Styles is solid but it's not unjust that I don't often see anyone talking about this ever happening, and The New Day getting squashed just weeks after Big E's scary injury feels in poor taste, making for a meh middle stretch. Pat McAfee brings things back up by simply being his great self and getting an entertaining match out of Theory. And then Vince happens. Weird. And then Vince gets a stunner, which is fun I guess. The main event isn't the stuff of legends it's billed as but it is a welcome part of the Lesnar/Reigns 'Mania trilogy IMO, not as good as 31 but a whole lot better than 34. I'm feeling a 7 and aligning with the hot take that this is better than night one."

The first hour has a lot of variety with the high-paced tag, the two giants in Omos and Lashley and the MOTN with Sami and Knoxville. Things don't really pick back up for a while though as the womens tag is a bit meh, Edge/AJ is fine but waaay too long, the New Day tag is cut so short and everything with the Pat/Vince/Theory stuff really drags out and kinda stinks. The main event is way better than it's reputation though, Brock with some fantastic selling and it's all action till the finish. Still, it's not the most exciting way to end the show with the titles being unified which no one really wanted and the heel standing tall."

[3.0] "A real comedown from the first night of this year's Mania. The opening three-way tag match was probably the best overall match of the night; Styles vs. Edge was OK but underperformed on expectations, largely serving as a setup for Edge and Priest's formation of the Judgment Day stable; and Zayn vs. Johnny Knoxville was maybe the most purely entertaining match of the weekend and certainly the most memorable part of night 2. On the other hand, the main event very much followed a Reigns-Lesnar big-match formula; McAfee vs. Theory and then McMahon was borderline nonsensical; New Day vs. Brawling Brutes was so short it may as well not have even happened, and the rest came off as effectively filler. The huge disparity in quality between the the two nights serves as an illustration of why the two-night WrestleMania experiment has run its course. A pared-down one night show would be more than sufficient - quality over quantity."

It's next to impossible to get a good match with this kind of bullshit and the best you can hope for is something that doesn't suck. The standout matches are the Johnny Knoxville one which is very funny and right at home on a WrestleMania. They do break some wrestling "rules" but fuck it it's the Jackass guys and Sami Zayn. It's not like they were play kicking each other with their hands in their pockets or anything. The Edge/AJ match was disappointing too, although if you wrote the spots out on paper I would think it would be great. They're both in their twilight days, but parts of the match are cool. The Pat McAfee parts were compelling and entertaining. He and Theory do a good job, and you get to see the best stunner sell of them all and everything gets tied up nicely. End it there and this would be a pretty good show, but the ultimate letdown is the main event. You have no idea how much they hyped this match and it fucking sucked dog dick. In the long run, there isn't *really* anything worth watching on this day, so you may as well skip it. The McAfee/McMahon stuff is worth it for historical context and is generally the most entertaining part of this show so watch that but I bet there's better wrestling you could be watching than this."

Omos vs Bobby was abysmal. Sami vs Knoxville was a joke. The men's tag match was okay and the women's match was bad. The New Day's match would have been better served if it wasn't on the show instead of being on the show for a hiccup. The Main Event was weirdly disappointing despite being the draw and well built up to. The match of the night was Pat McAfee vs Austin Theory and the funniest moment of the night was Mr. McMahon getting stunned (sort of) after having an embarrassing "match" against McAfee. The main positive was that the show didn't feel long."

Stone Cold struggling to get McMahon into the worst stunner imaginable for old time's sake was hilarious. Aside from that...it wasn't a good show. A notable step down from the previous night. The New Day match was a disgrace, with the wrestlers being given no time across two nights plastered with advertising for the show you are already watching. Women's tag did nothing for me. Lashley vs. Omos did nothing for me. Edge v. AJ is a RAW angle stretched out over 24 minutes. The main event was along the same lines as the last two times they've fought in the WM main event, but devoid of any drama. The finish was abrupt. How they manage to stretch the Roman Reigns story over the next two years like they certainly want to, I have no idea. A meh show with some highlights worth checking out."

Runde Show."

The absolute opposite of a technical classic, but it was a blast so who cares? Opener was strong, Edge-Styles underperformed expectations but was still a solid match, and McAfee being good shouldn't surprise me after the Cole match, but yeah, he's still good. Things kinda fall apart in the second half though. New Day getting a less than 2 minute match where they get squashed by the man who broke Big E's neck after wearing his colors was borderline offensive. While McAfee's match with Theory was quite good, McMahon's involvement afterwards sucked a whole lot and ultimately led to a less satisfying version of a segment we saw last night. And unfortunately, the main event, once again, was a repetitive snoozefest. Overall, Mania was probably more good than bad, but WWE continue to struggle with closing a show in a satisfying manner. The main event being hyped up as the biggest match in Wrestlemania history ends with one spear in a match that went under everyones expectations. Edge vs AJ was supposed to be a dream match but ended up just being a showcase on how good of a carry wrestler AJ is. Raw tag team championship match was match of the night and easily the most fun match of the night. Omos vs Lashley was a match that could have happened anywhere else other than Wrestlemania. The womens tag team match was whatever but it was cool to see Naomi and Sasha win the belts together and nice to see Sasha finally get a Wrestlemania win. Knoxville vs Sami was an absolute clusterfuck and it was amazing from bell to bell. Sheamus and friends got a paycheck to wrestle for one minute. Austin Theory and Pat McAfee had a decent match but then it was followed by the worst match of the entire decade with Vince McMahon having a match at 76 for some reason and it was abysmal, makes it even worse that he proceeded to take the worst stunner of all time afterwards. Wieso bekommen Sheamus, Holland, Pete Dunne und the New Day keine zwei Minuten?

Triple H kicking it off getting the sendoff he deserves; the Tag Title triple threat was awesome and a great way to start the night, Knoxville vs Zayn was wacky comedy fun that was great, Edge vs Styles putting on a banger even if the crowd were mixed, and of course, 76-YEAR-OLD VINCE MCMAHON WRESTLING PAT MCAFEE. Also, we got two of the best sells of a Stone-Cold Stunner and the worst, which was great. The main event was a bit disappointing, but at least this mania was one wild ride."

On the move, we were charged with an amazing team match and entertained with the humiliation of Chad Gable at the hands of the Olympic champion. RK-Bro are still champions, this is the right decision. Bobby Lashley stopped Omos - finally. The fight with the participation of Johnny Knoxville caused only pleasant emotions, in general, on this show all the guest stars coped with their task, it is a rarity when the stars fit so harmoniously into wrestling. Sami Zayn is now ideally suited for the role of a whipping pillow. Edge has blossomed and started playing with new colors, it's wildly interesting what kind of grouping it will eventually turn out to be. AJ Styles must take revenge! Butch is a funny meanie, the group led by Sheamus will hopefully continue to dominate. The candidate for humor of the year is of course a huge segment with Mr. McMahon and Steve Austin, I screamed with laughter for 10 minutes when Steve held the most crooked stunner in the world on Vince, it was cute and funny. In general, I advise you to watch these two matches and the segment in full, it was too cool and entertaining. The main fight of the evening left controversial emotions, I was more dissatisfied with the fact that this match was promoted for so long to show again a mean act from the Novel and an ambiguous ending, it already angers me. Roman Reigns is stuck in the image of a villain and has already stopped developing and I not like it as much as at its very beginning. In general, an easy and festive show for the whole family. Thank you for such an epochal event, all two days were a success."

On the other hand there was very little in the way of decent wrestling, several of the matches were badly paced, and the main event was underwhelming. Like the first night, this only had 3 hours of content stretched into 4, but unlike that one it wasn't consistently entertaining enough to make up for it."

Omos-Lashley and the main event were both horrifically bad, and my favorite match of the night was the comedy hardcore match (which went for two minutes longer than the main event). I enjoyed McAfee-Theory and the triple threat match, but the post-match McMahon shenanigans definitely were way too much, considering immediately beforehand The New Day got squashed in under two minutes after already being cut from the previous night's card. There is no reason Edge-AJ couldn't have been cut down by at least five minutes as well. The 4-Way was pretty uninteresting but what really sealed the deal for this not being even remotely close to the previous night was the lifeless main event. Hyped up to the nth degree, Reigns & Lesnar put on a finisher-spam match with an abrupt, unsatisfying ending. Reigns winning should have been a shocking moment to end WM on an emotional note, instead it felt botched and completely antithetical to the build. If they had swapped Saturday & Sunday's cards this could have been a solid ending to WM weekend but as it stands it felt like WWE could not stick the landing to their biggest show in years."

[5.0] "It had one great match and many individual moments of excellence, but the second half of WrestleMania felt like much more of a slog. The most direct culprit of this might be the highly underwhelming match between AJ Styles and Edge, which was often laboriously slow and tried to power itself on emotion and intensity that it just didn't have. What didn't help the show's sluggish atmosphere was a number of completely unimportant matches - Lashley vs Omos, the truncated New Day matchlet and the women's tag title match are all definitively skippable, and while I enjoyed the tag title opener a fair amount, it didn't really feel like a WrestleMania calibre offering. The main event carried an appropriate sense of drama and occasion, and the nothing-but-big-moves formula worked far better here than at Mania 34, but a lot of Reigns' and Lesnar's respective repertoires are getting quite stale. McAfee vs Theory was better than it had any right to be, although the aftermath felt needless and silly to me. I won't deny a few moments earned some high excitement, but it was pretty cheap and a pretty nonsensical thing to book. Praise be, of all things, to Knoxville and Zayn, who tore the house down with an outing that somehow felt both like a ridiculously zany fever dream and a legitimate grudge match. Easily the best match of the night, just a total treat to watch from beginning to end."

Doch danach gehts bergab.

Das Match Of the Night. Könnte mir Finn Balor wirklich gut vorstellen (****1/4). Ridge Holland / Sheamus vs. The New Day war auch gut. [****]; Lashley VS Omos: I really though that they were going to give the victory to Omos, hopefully this didn't happen, it's much better keeping Lashley as that Super Juggernaut wrestler. The fight was adequate, nothing awesome, but also nothing terrible. [***1/4]; Zayn VS Knoxville: Best random match I've ever seen in my whole life, I really enjoyed it. All my admiration and applausses for Sami to do something like this, to be such a fantastic wrestler, and to make Knoxville look pretty awesome. What a fantastic match. [****1/2]; WWE Women's Tag Team Title Fatal Four Way Match: The offense and intensity these eight women put into the ring was great. I admit the very first 5 minutes were awful, but they knew how to work with a 4-way stipulation, the match improved a lot, and gave us some nice spots and exchanges. Nice to see Sasha and Naomi winning gold title again. [***1/2]; Styles VS Edge: Very good match, as expected from these two living legends. The match went slow at the start, escaling their intensity with each hit and move, showing how good these two men are in the ring. Giving the victory to Edge was the right choice, I would have preferred that he got it clean, but still was good. [****3/4]; Holland & Sheamus VS Woods & Kingston: Surely worst match of all this event. Why the hell WWE does this fight insted of having something interested with the IC/USA titles involved. Terrible match. [0]; McAfee VS Theory: Really good surprises bring this show, and this match was one of them. Pat did it like a real superstars, swanton bombs, hurracarraines, suplexes, everything here was great, including Theory, that's was great superstars do, make their opponets look great. And the cherry to this cake, Mr McMahon going into the ring, what a nice wat to end this fight. And obviously, the pop for the night for Stone Cold. Sadly the stunner to Vince went pretty botched, but I don't care, great ending. Stunner for everyone, for you too Pat. [*****]; Lesnar VS Reigns: I really didn't like this match, was the worst end to a very good Wrestlemania night. I really hoped that WWE would change the formula here, but was all same story than always. Supermanch punches, spears, f5, suplexes, and finnaly Lesnar falls after 5 spears. The result was also very predictable, Reigns unyfiing the titles. [*]; That's how it ends two nights of fantastic wrestling. Even if the main event was crap, the others part of the card were really great, making memorable matches and returns for the ages. I really missed watch some show like this. There were some awful fights, but the overall show was great. Good event. [****1/4]"

New Day vs Sheamus und Holland war sehr schlecht.

New Day gegen Sheamus & Holland, wieso das bei Wrestlemania so passieren muss verstehe wer will. The opening tag match was a great match to start with, probably the match of the night in terms of actual in-ring quality and a nice moment for Gable Steveson coming into the company. Omos and Lashley didn't follow this up well though as they had a pretty weak showing, not much to say but disappointing for Bobby to me. Sami Zayn and Johnny Knoxville's anything goes match was absolutely ridiculous fun with many really creative moments like the massive hand or the mouse trap table, lots of fun though i'm not sure if i'm ok with Sami losing. The women's four-way was decent but mostly enjoyable was the finish, both women deserve a nice mania moment. AJ and Edge had a good though methodical match together, it never really kicked into that next gear that I might have hoped for but it was a very good contest nonetheless. Sheamus and Ridge's match with New Day was honestly very disappointing, really do not understand why they couldn't cut half the pointless recaps to give it time or just put it on the damn pre-show which was four hours of nothing across two separate nights. Theory and Pat had a great match-up that was more about the moments, Pat is a star to me and having Pat have a sanctioned match against Vince followed by a Stone Cold entrance was pretty damn cool though I wonder if it does make Pat look like a bit of an idiot. Finally, Reigns and Lesnar had a match that I did really enjoy, it had that big fight feel but this time I cared about both guys more than any of their previous encounters and after such a strong card I was happy to sit and enjoy the match, and I did. Lashley omos was pretty meh, so was the fatal 4 way tag. McMahon Pat was awful, even if the post match was funny, and the main event was just such a sad way to go out. Night 1 was great enough to make the the best mania since 31 but man this could have been a lot better."

The triple threat tag team match was a fantastic opener, Sami vs Knoxville was top notch Sports Entertainment, and AJ/Edge was pretty good albeit not quite the memorable WrestleMania dream match it was meant to be. Pat McAfee vs Austin Theory was nothing that we didn't already see when Pat took on Adam Cole at Takeover but he's impressive nonetheless. Vince and Austin was a nostalgia trip and gave the most memorable moment of the night with the hilariously botched stunner. The main event - billed as "the biggest WrestleMania match of all-time" ended up taking the biggest pile of crap of all time on all of our collective laps. Bad way to cap off a mostly fun weekend."

Edge and Styles match was disappointing. Pat McAfee as usual great and Austin is clearly the future front of the company Stone Cold entry was beautiful and wonderful to see him again. Bad main event for a bad feud between Two overrated guys"

From the start gave by an emotional Triple H to all the matches being good to great, this was a fun ride. Pat McAfee & Johnny Knoxville had their special attraction roles done great while Styles vs. Edge stole the night. Feeling bad for The New Day after their unfortunate furlough of a match. But, that sole con was eliminated by the outpouring pros of the event. Comparatively, Night One is the better one but that doesn't take anything away from Night Two. 8 out of 10 points!"

The BAD: VM Vs McAfee, New Day Vs Holland and Sheamus, Johnny Vs Sami. Overall: Night 2 was flat, 2 vanilla multi-team tag matches and an outright bad Knoxville and Sami match, a better than expected but still meh Omos and Lashley match, a pointless super short New Day match and Vince Vs McAfee which was more of an angle but was 3 minutes long so it was a match, all took up 6 spots on the card. The good was good but both Edge, AJ and Roman and Brock could have been even better but they were both solid. McAfee and Theory reached its full potential and was an entertaining but not mind-numbing watch. The two-night formula seems to strike again with a really solid night 1 but then a mediocre second night with a few highlights."

The Johnny Knoxville match was my match of the night, just stupid, batshit insane, just like wrestling should be. McAfee was great, Vince wrestling was WILD. The stunner sell was wack, but who cares Stone Cold stunned Vince McMahon in the year of our lord 2022 that? s crazy as hell. The New Day squash was mid. So was the womens tag match. Edge vs Styles was okay, kind of plodding, a little bit of a disappointment. Was in the bathroom during the Omos match, dont know what I missed there. The main event was eh, had its moments but not main event worthy imo. Overall pretty good show, awesome WrestleMania weekend."

The ending for this night of Wrestlemania was very flat, which is a shame because the whole night was entertaining and last night's ending was excellent. A shame, really"

Sami Zayn and Johnny Knoxville stole the show, the Pat McAfee/Austin Theory/Vince McMahon/Stone Cold stuff was fun. Nothing else stood out to me. Didn't feel like a season finale like a Mania should. Most of the matches/feuds from today's show will carry over into Backlash for rematches. A fine show, but nothing special."

AJ and Edge had a good match. Ridge/Sheamus VS New Day was a complete burial of New Day. Why is Holland getting rewarded for breaking Big E's neck? McAfee/Austin was fun. Vince/McAfee was dumb but funny. Vince surpassed his wife for the worst stunner in history. Main event was disappointing but not really bad. Didn't live up to the billing because of Reigns' injury."
