[7.0] "Another very strong AJPW empty arena performance. The undercard once again was very well paced: every match did what it needed to do to progress events and to say what they needed to say without feeling like they'd outlived their usefulness. The Enfants Terribles-JIN match did a good job at progressing their story: Lee and Ashino have fantastic chemistry with each other and Iwamoto is one of the most underrated Juniors around (not to suggest that Kodama didn't contribute here) so you had a pretty damn good match that makes me excited for what it to come. The semi-main event seems to mostly progress a Yoshitatsu-Suwama feud that I'd assumed was done after the Tag Title match on the last show but apparently not and based on this match I honestly wouldn't mind that as a Triple Crown match at some point: Yoshitatsu being much improved on what he was pre-AJPW. I do question Yusuke Okada losing all of these matches but I guess that he's had his title match already and they think that they can heat him back up later on. The main event was a very good match: Hikaru Sato is one of my favourite wrestlers so I'm probably higher on it than most but I thought that it was perfectly paced: slow in the building without feeling sluggish, building up to a really strong finish with Susumu conclusively winning. The Hokuto Omori challenge interested me until it was announced for Dragon Gate which is a promotion that I'm less of a fan of (and they then turned it into a three way which makes every match worst IMO) but I'm really curious to see what is next for Susumu in All Japan. The lack of a second big match drags this down compared to the last show but its still a very enjoyable watch especially if you're watching all of these shows - the booking week-to-week is very, very good."
