| 1 | 20.08.2023 | Scott Bailey | 9.0 | A fantastic go home show for Wrestlemania and a very enjoyable episode of Raw, with a fun opening segment with Stone Cold Steve Austin hijacking the show which set up an episode long storyline highlighting his rivalries with Eric Bischoff and The Rock ending with one of the most fun segments ever. The matches are okay, but aren't usually the strong point of a 2003 era Raw. The tag match with Booker T and Goldust vs Triple H and Ric Flair is very good though. Jericho also cut a really good promo which highlights him modelling his career on HBK and showing early footage was great. I kinda wish we got more at the end than just them slapping each other though. "The Rock in Concert" is amazingly fun though and really is the centerpiece of the show. The Rock's heel heat trashing the Sacramento crowd and Stone Cold through song is just so much fun with Jerry Lawler hysterical the whole way through making it even more hilarious. It's one of the best moments in Raw history. Screw Peacock and WWE Network for editing such a masterpiece! |

Austin causing havoc in the opening segment was great, and so was Bischoff forcing him out of the Arena. Booker T & Goldust vs Flair and Triple H was a good match and a nice preview of the WrestleMania match. The Rock Sacramento concert is an all timer, and Austin sneaking his way back into the arena to brawl with The Rock was a great way to close the show. |
| 5 | 25.10.2021 | BLooD | 6.0 | Durchschnittliche Ausgabe von RAW. Das Anfangssegment war in Ordnung. Unplanmäßig ist Stone Cold da der für glorreiches Entertainment sorgt. Eigentlich sollten Test und Storm ein Match bestreiten doch Austin macht beide fertig. Daraufhin verbannt Bischoff Stone Cold von der Halle und Rocky macht sich darüber lustig. Der Opener war schlecht. Ziemlich untinteressant. Warum Jeff Hardy jetzt so plötzlich mit Trish flirtet ist auch fragwürdig. Christian vs Steiner war schlecht. Mit hohen Erwartungen gestartet und jetzt hat Steiner nicht mal ein Wrestlemania Match. Auch hier eher uninteressante Action. Booker T und Goldust vs Flair und Triple H war in Ordnung. Na endlich mal längere Action bei RAW was man sonst nicht zu sehen bekommt. Triple H wird durch seinen Wrestlemania Gegner gepinnt. Gut so. Starke Promo von Jericho der seine Anfangszeit mit HBKs Beginn der Karriere vergleicht. Einen Brawl gab es nicht nur Ohrfeigen. Der Main-Event war schlecht. Regal ist für über ein Jahr ausser Gefecht und nun nimmt Morley seinen Platz als Champ ein. Kane und RVD werden beim PPV um die Tag-Team Titel kämpfen. Das Endsegment war exzellent. Leider auf dem WWE Network totgeschnitten was schon grob lächerlich ist aber im Original ist es einfach genial wie The Rock als Heel drauf ist. Hier muss man sich mit Youtube oder dergleichen behelfen weil das Segment muss man gesehen haben. Sein Konzert wird für immer in Erinnerung bleiben mit anschließendem Brawl mit Austin für einen krassen Hype vor Wrestlemania. Warum man nach dem Rock Konzert noch die Vertragsunterzeichnung von SmackDown zwischen Vince und Hogan und auch die Attacke von Team Angle an Lesnar zeigt ist fraglich. |

Apropos schön - schön doof sehen Test und Storm gegen einen angepissten Austin aus, der schliesslich durch Polizei eskortiert und von Rock auf der Gitarre begleitet die Halle verlassen muss. Das gemischte Tag Match ist nicht besonders gut, wird aber vom Publikum trotzdem gut aufgenommen. Christian entlockt dem damals schon verstärkt hüftsteifen Steiner noch eine ansehbare Partie. Das folgende Tag Match ist sehenswert und könnte ein Fall für den Matchguide werden - ist es doch darstellerisch wie dramaturgisch überzeugend und präsentiert vor allen Dingen Booker als ernsthafte Bedrohung. Michaels und Jericho würzen auch noch einmal nach. Kane und Van Dam siegen etwas überraschend - das Match dazu ist nicht herausragend. Herausragend hingegen ist Rock in concert, eine mittlerweile ja historische Promo, die jeder WWE Fan kennen sollte. Abschliessend noch ein kleiner Rückblick auf das Contract-Signing zwischen Hogan und McMahon, sowie der Geschichte rund um Lesnar und Angle - beides von SmackDown versteht sich. Bis auf das erwähnte gute Tag-Match im Ring nicht wirklich viel zu sehen, aber WrestleMania wird vernünftig gehypt. Runde Show mit wenig Schwächen. |
