The backstage segment between Bearer and Lawler was hilarious and led to a great brawl between Undertaker and Kane. Prematch video explaining the history between Funk and Foley was great, and the match was even better. End of the show where Foley basically sold his soul to Vince in order to become champion was great. |

The main event is obviously the highlight of the show, and the rating is pretty much all because of that. That said, the opening promo was god damn heavy. Vince asking Foley if he was willing to sacrifice a friend for just a shot at glory? Damn. Without saying too much, it's an absolute must watch, two hardcore legends going at it for over 16 minutes in the ring, ringside, in the stands and backstage. The ending, with Mr. McMahon coming out and Foley joining him as Dude Love was brilliant. Also enjoyed the backstage moment with Lawler and Bearer, and the first teaser for Edge coming to the WWF. |

Es folgt ein Video mit dem tollen Gerald Briscoe und eine erste Vignete für (Trommelwirbel) - Edge! Die DX bekommt sich mit der LOD in die Haare, was später zu einem Match führt. Ich mag den Versuch der Gegenwehr, den Savio Vega gegen Severn ausprobiert, auch wenn es absolut nichts bringt. Wenig Unterhaltung bei Jarrett und Mero, viel Unübersichtlichkeit bei der DX und ihren Gegnern. Auch der Undertaker verhindert ein sinnvolles Match seines Bruders. Die letzte Partie ist absolut souverän und bringt Dude Love wieder zurück ins McMahon Lager. Insgesamt ein versöhnlicher Abschluß einer ansonsten eher unauffälligen Episode - Foley, McMahon und Austin retten aber den Abend. |

Beim nächsten Tag Match greift der Taker ein und es gibt einen feinen Brawl. Zum Ende gibt's dann noch ein starkes Hardcore-Match. Gute Ausgabe diese Woche. |
