230.11.2017jboyaquar Alright! Another cracking edition of the world's finest tag league (Puke emoji) But one cannot deny the crowds they're drawing in the 'B' & 'C' towns. Weak-minded followers... kinda like those stormin to see a product with TNA & WWE has-beens as the federation's champions, not to mention merchandise marks... Ranting aside, onto the league portion of the show... the first bout is an A-B-C-finish contest with Nagata playing the face-in-peril for the middle portion though the 'Third Generation' men did control about 60% of the total contest. Nakanishi looked fine when in; he ate a combo 'UnPrettier' Sami SW top-rope splash to the back and Juice got the pinfall. (2 - 2 1/4) The second 'Third Generation' team played from behind during the far majority of their match with the CHAOS team... first Tenzan was in-peril, then Kozy who then fell to an assisted lift-up chest-buster over Goto's knee. (2) The Suzuki-gun/Bullet Club clash started on the outside, went-in for a moment, then went-out again with the North side receiving most of the action as crowds cleared for the Suzuki bully show on Chase. Then the American played BC man-in-peril to Iizuka's creative offense like the hand choke, and the rope-around-the-neck. Fale tags in, but as he's really a hated foreigner, the match wisely avoids a long shine period for him. Back-and-forth till Chase and Suzuki are left in... and we all know how that will end. Suzuki - the man very, very few people get to shine against. (2) The final bout featured the ever hard-working Adam Page and the pretty good LIdJ boys in a finem if predictable, contest. SANADA played the native-in-peril for a few but was rewarded with the pinfall on Yujiro after a 'Magic Killer' or whatever they're currently calling it. (2 1/3 - 1/2)
430.11.2017PUNQ3.0Juice Robinson & Sami Callihan -vs- Yuji Nagata & Manabu Nakanishi - (World Tag League 2017 - Block A) [* 3/4] Pure house show match with walking pace action. Not so bad, because they bring enough personality to the game, which shines extra bright when it has the time to. And you got to love how the finisher landed! Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI -vs- Hiroyoshi Tenzan & Satoshi Kojima - (World Tag League 2017 - Block A) [* 1/2] Taking it easy, even with showing personality. Not like one expect too much from these guys anymore, so at least they kept things moving for the duration. Minoru Suzuki & Takashi Iizuka -vs- Bad Luck Fale & Chase Owens - (World Tag League 2017 - Block A) [*] A bore brawl. "King of Darkness" EVIL & SANADA -vs- Hangman Page & Yujiro Takahashi - (World Tag League 2017 - Block A) [* 1/2] This was also a bore, but at least they had a little wrestling to offer on a easy day.
