[5.0] "Chris Adonis & Eli Drake & Ethan Carter III -vs- Eddie Edwards & Moose & Naomichi Marufuji [** 1/4] Solid 6-man with a little Japanese flavor in Marufuji making things a little bit more interesting. The match was to establish ECIII's new finisher - the ECD! Ethan Carter Driver, which is basically a double-arm sitout faceslam. Taiji Ishimori -vs- Davey Richards - (Super X Cup 2017 - 1st Round) [**] These two have no doubt done better, but they work a okay TV match ending spectacularly with a 450 Splash. Sienna (c) -vs- Rosemary - (GFW Knockouts Title; Last Knockout Standing Match) [**] Kind of cool women's battle in a walk-pace brawling style. Could have used some more intensity live, but perfect for the photographic images! Octagoncito -vs- Trevor Lee [1/2*] Just Lee showing us how to be a defending champion and how to retain. Except he's not a champion and it's all pretend. Alberto El Patron -vs- Homicide -vs- Ortiz -vs- Santana [*] Alberto in a Gauntlet match with LAX, in a letdown main event. Konnan gets involved and the group trash the champion after he'd beaten them all. Oh, and Grado was looking for a knockout wife and we get introduced to the stand-by wrestler, resulting in a fun TV show where the only real disappointment was the main event."

[5.0] "Schön, wie die Kommentatoren die Ansetzung im Opener versuchen zu rechtfertigen. Mehr fällt ihnen dazu auch nicht ein. Amüsant. Aber Match ist ja durchaus gut besetzt und bis auf Moose alle Charaktere durchaus interessant. Rettet da auch nicht alle Punkte, aber immerhin. Lashley gefällt mir ohne Titel in seiner Rolle überraschend gut. Schade nur, dass diese Authority-Fehden immer noch angesagt sind. Ordentliches Match im Super X-Cup. Die Damen sind da ja stets ambitioniert, aber so richtig klicken tut es hier nicht immer. Paar schöne Spots sind dabei, aber das große Ganze überzeugt mich nicht so sehr. Bei der No DQ-Stipulation sieht KM auch wieder etwas dusselig aus. Die dieswöchige Trevor Lee-Episode ist gerade so okay, bei Laurel kann ich auch noch beide Augen zudrücken, dass sie das einfach ganz putzig macht. Grado natürlich immer an der Schwelle zum Nervigen. Gerade noch so okay. El Patron/LAX ist dann leider auch kein Hit, sondern darf man wohl eher als Segment verbuchen. Dass nun gerade die VOW El Patron zur Seite stehen, ist auch wieder patriotischer Blödsinn. Da hätte man doch besser mexikanische Unterstützung für den Champ gesucht. Insgesamt wieder eine durchschnittliche Impact-Ausgabe mit schwachem Ende."
