[3.0] "This was another PPV I somehow missed when I was marathoning late WCW PPVs, and like many of them around this time, this has very little good stuff on offer, with the added pain of Stevie Ray - who seemingly forgot where he worked, and even what Pro Wrestling was (I.e. annoying). [1st match] Worrying how overbooked this was for an opener, but I actually liked it and missed it when it went away, as it covered-up a very plain match. **3/4 [2nd match] A fun-but-confusing cruiserweight scramble. ***1/4 [3rd match] Not sure if this was actually a match? but they didn't embarrass eachother too much. DUD [4th match] A somewhat decent hardcore match for once. **1/4 [5th match] Very questionable pay to play storyline is played out in momentum swinging handicap match. ** [6th match] Dull match save for the random acts of violence against women & commentators. * [7th match] Heatless filler TV match, fans were only interested in seeing a table spot, which they never got. *1/4 [8th match] Pretty clever pre-match angle that I never saw coming. Match itself was rather weird, as it had no-selling limb working throughout most of it. **1/2 [9th match] Mostly solid but boring, but got really ridiculous later on. **3/4 [10th match] Another match made ugly by overbooking. **1/2 [11th match] More a showcase of Goldberg's power than anything else, as Luger was never realistically any threat in anyone's universe to Goldberg. *1/4 [Main] This was actually surprisingly good, no thanks to these match stips, which played little-to-role involvement. ***1/2 The main & the Cruiserweight 3 way are the only things really worth seeking out, everything else is largely forgettable."

[2.0] "A pretty bad show, which unfortunately was par for the course for Y2K WCW. The three-way Cruiserweight Tag was good, though the three teams would continue fighting in better matches on future PPVs. The main event was also OK, though the straightjacket stipulation detracted from it as the one time the jacket came into play, Booker wasn't able to actually get it on Steiner and it ended up damaging the flow of the match, and the cage - basically WCW's version of Hell in a Cell - wasn't really utilized much at all. Otherwise we get a lot of the hallmarks of this phase of WCW's history - bad matches, bad booking, and unmotivated talent."

[2.0] "A couple of watchable matches, a lot of absolute garbage, and some absolutely awful commentary even by the standards of late WCW. Most of the wrestlers looked bored, with even those of them who could wrestle often not bothering to."

[5.0] "It was a crime that Scott won the belt that damn late but still it was a great moment. Interesting decision with Bam Bam but it was pointless by giving Rection the title. Upset of NBT losing the titles. Three on two was enjoyable. Goldberg Luger was bad and that double spear was also pointless cause new ref appeared immediately."

[3.0] "Beginnen wir einmal mit dem Positiven: Der Main Event und das Three Way Tag Team Match waren ganz gut und bei manchen Matches hatte ich im Vorfeld durchaus schlimmeres befürchtet. Das war es dann aber auch letztendlich schon. Es ist gar nicht so, dass der Rest der Card dann durchgängig super schlecht wäre - auch wenn es davon so einiges gab (Mancow-Hart z.B.) -, aber das hat halt alles nix bei nem PPV zu suchen. Insgesamt wirkt das Ganze wie eine langweilige Nitro-Folge, bei der man auch nichts verpasst, wenn man es nicht gesehen hat. Kein Wunder, dass zu der Zeit immer weniger Menschen bereit waren, dafür Geld auszugeben."

[5.0] "Ein PPV, den man sich gerade noch so anschauen kann. Einige belanglose Matches. Jarrett vs. Bagwell und das Tag Team title Match waren sehenwert. Die Interviews zwischen den Matches waren ziemlich unterhaltsam. Main Event ging in Ordnung."

"kwee wee shouldnt be allowed anywhere near a wrestling ring , , i like the noble ivan team , , the 7:31 that kronik keeps talkin about makes me like em for the first time , , jimmy hart match suckkkk , , i really liked the heavy attention on the promos and sagments between matchs , , the comentary team burrying glacier was the best thing ever , , cat made me hate watching (the franchise) who's my fav wrestler btw , , bam bam attack was surprising really didnt see it coming , , jaffet vs buff? , , steiner is the champpppppp"

[5.0] "Surprised to see this rated so low, compared to anything booked by Russo this was a decent show, though far from great. Sanders/Kwee is a passable opener, but the three way tag match that follows is frankly fantastic and deserves a huge amount of credit as one of the best WCW matches of the year. The Mancow match is obviously crap, and the hardcore three way isn't much, but the 2 on 3 match is actually quite good with some very nice stuff involved. Douglas/Cat is another passable bout that was better than I expected, and Bigelow/Wall is an ok follow up. Storm/Morrus isn't all that good though, and Jarrett/Bagwell is pretty stupid. The tag match is a mixed bag, but Goldberg/Luger is pretty ok given it's short run time. The main event is a very decent match, not nearly as good as the month before but it has it's moments. Steiner getting the title was overdue, and a great choice for WCW in this era."

[2.0] "1. Opener war nicht gut. Die Zeiten der guten CW Matches waren inzwischen vorbei. Dazu traten auch noch zwei ziemlich uninteressante Charaktere hier gegeneinander an. Meine Begeisterung hielt sich in Grenzen. (1*) 2. 3 Way war dann das MotN. Die sechs Herren lieferten sowieso die beste Matchserie in der WCW im 2000er Jahr ab. (3 1/2 *) 3. Hardcore Match war dann schwach. (1*) 4. Mancow gegen Jimmy Hart war Mist. Wenigstens kurz gehalten. (o. W. ) 5. Handicap Match war schlecht. Dazu noch der gesamte Dreck mit der Uhr. (1*) 6. Weiter ging es mit dem nächsten schwachen Match. The Cat gegen Franchise. The Cat war nie der beste Mann im Ring und Douglas Tage waren auch schon vorbei. (3/4*) 7. Auch Bam Bam und A-Wol auf dem selben Niveau. Dazu noch der Dreck mit BamBam. (1/2*) 8. Rection gegen Storm ebenfalls auf schwachen Niveau. Dazu Rection wieder als Champion. Ich glaube das sagt schon alles was hier abgeht in der WCW. (3/4*) 9. JJ gegen Buff auch nicht gut. Dazu muss man auch noch David Flair ertragen, der aus irgendeinen Grund hier eingreift. Und JJ kickt auch noch aus dem DDT auf den Stuhl aus. Bei aller Liebe: Auf solch einen Niveau sah ich JJ nie, dass er aus solchen Aktionen reihenweise auskickt. (1/2*) 10. TT Match war besser. (1 1/2*) 11. Goldberg squasht dann Luger weg. (1/2*) 12. ME war dann uninteressant. War nie ein Fan der Matches der beiden. Auch dieses ändert meine Meinung nicht. Dazu noch gewaltig gebotcht z. B. bei Bookers Chair Drop oder was das werden sollte oder auch Steiners Recliner sah ganz schwach aus. (1*)"

[4.0] "Dieser PPV war nur teilweise eine schlechte Show, aber die meiste Zeit war es einfach belanglos. Matches wie JJ-Buff oder Mancow-Hart oder Bigelow-A-Wol waren einfach unwichtig und hatten keine wirklich Hintergrundstory. Von den 12 Matches hätte man gut 5 streichen können und die Zeit auf die wirklich wichtigen oder guten Matches verteilen können. Ich gebe 4 Punkte, weil mir der 3 Way gefallen hat und die Titelwechsel eine Art Aufbruch zu neuen Geschichten darstellte."

[2.0] "Der Opener war schwach (*Œ). Jung Dragons vs. 3-Count vs. Noble & Karagias war dann ein nettes, schnelles und flippiges Cruiserweight Match mit ganz netter Schlussphase (***+MotN). Hart vs. Mancow danach war nichts weiter als ein Witz (0*). Das Hardcore Title 3 Way hatte zu allem Überfluss ein dämliches Ende (*Œ). Kronik & White vs. Mysterio & Kidman war nicht mehr ganz ausreichend (*Ÿ). Cat vs. Franchise war sehr schlecht (œ*). Bigelow vs. A-WOL war noch schlechter (Œ*). DeMott vs. Storm war schlecht (*). So auch Jarrett vs. Bagwell (*). Page & Nash vs. Palumbo & Stasiak war eher schwach (*œ). Goldberg vs. Luger war eine Nullnummer (0*). Steiner vs. Booker T war okay (**œ). Insgesamt sind das dann 2, 08 von 10 Punkten - 'mangelhaft'."

[3.0] "Das ME war noch mit das Beste Match des Abends. TT Three Way war auch gut. Ab Francise vs Kat gabs aber einen Haufen schlechter Matche. Das TT mit Kidman und Rey gegen Kroniik & Wright war ganz nett. Das Hart Match war natürlich nix. Opener besser als erwartet und Hardcore Match war schwachsinn. Alles in Allem ein ödes Event mit teilweise wirklich schlechten Matches."

[2.0] "Steiner vs. Booker T. geht gerade noch so durch. Die Storm vs. General Rection SL hat mir nie gefallen und dementsprechend fand ich auch die Matches relativ uninteressant. Auch der Rest der Card wusste nicht zu überzeugen. Keinerlei sinnvolle Feuds mit anständigem Aufbau, kein gutes Wrestling... Kein Unterschied zu einer damaligen Ausgabe von Thunder oder Nitro."

[3.0] "Weniger wäre hier mehr gewesen. Furchbares Booking zum Teil, unterdurchschnittliche Matches. Schade, mit 2, 3 Matches weniger wäre hier mehr drin gewesen!"

[2.0] "Der Main Event kommt noch am besten weg, ansonsten viel Überflüssiges auf der Card und auch nicht ein gutes Match sonst!"
