[8.0] "I enjoyed most of this show . Even the Page match wasn't awful . Three really good matches . I am happy they are giving Kincaid a shot . Yehi impresses again with his combination of Gotch , Animal Steel and Ronnie Garvin persona . Matches worth watching Drew Gulak vs. Timothy Thatcher , Jason Kincaid vs. Tracy Williams , Ethan Page (w/Blaster McMassive & Flex Rumblecrunch) vs. Sami Callihan , Darby Allin vs. DUSTIN , Chris Hero vs. Matt Riddle and my top match was Fred Yehi vs. Zack Sabre Jr."
[6.0] "Wieder so eine EVOLVE-Show, die sich wie ein Vorpogramm anfühlt. Der Event-Aufbau ist nicht immer mein Geschmack, so auch hier. Aber schön, dass Tracy Williams und Jason Kincaid das zweitlängste Match haben dürfen und eine ansprechende Leistung abliefern. Auch ZSJ/Yehi und Hero/Riddle verdienen Lob. Die jeweiligen Geschichten um Page, Catch Point oder auch Gulak/Thatcher werden aber brauchbar weiter geschrieben. Kann man sich anschauen, wenn auch in Summe Luft nach oben ist."
[6.0] "After an unaired Regal appearance a street-clothed Gulak and Thatcher put forth great energy and brawl all over Evolve's home. Gulak's over w/ the crowd but it's Thatcher's whose facials and selling stands out. At the moment his sleeper looked awesome, G made a poor adjustment that lessened his finisher's resonance. Nifty and an unique presentation for JK but I'm not sure he's appealing. Mic-familiarization time? He can't be any worse than Stokely. Grueling but the last JK charge was unnecessary. Oh Ethan, you're tough and credible but go away from the mic and a camera shooting close-ups when competing on an overlit set. A sharp Callihan tonight. Dustin against a better 'spider monkey' than Pinkie when he climbed up a pole and executed a coffin drop. But like Honma, the top-rope attempt to hit another led to his 'Awful Waffle' downfall. Yehi's vocalizations and facials helped me understand how unfortunate my body would be if faced-up against ZSJ. ZSJ's constant counters disallowed Yehi to sustain work on the neck, as to set-up a Koji Clutch, that would have allowed for a more compelling match. Riddle has the physique and pedigree to legitimately challenge Hero but Evolve's storyline is that Hero/Riddle put the latter on-the-map so Hero should get his win back. And why forcefeed the strong Riddle push into two main-event victories in a row? Gulak called Galloway dumb but when employing history he referred to a pop-culture appellation, 'Braveheart, ' and not Wm. Wallace. 6. 25"
[8.0] "Im Opener gab es einen ganz netten Street Fight zwischen Gulak und Thatcher. Das Finish war echt gut! Ordentliches Match (**¾)! Williams vs. Kincaid war recht gut, leider ein paar Unsauberkeiten (***¼). Die Gatekeepers bekommen einen weiteren Squashsieg (0*). Page & Callihan dann mit einem sehr schönen Match im PWG Style, schönes Storytelling kombiniert mit netten Spots, guter Ringpsychologie und einer sehr guten Schlussphase ergibt ein ziemlich gutes Match (***¾). Darby vs. Taylor war ein schönes kurzes Match (***). Yehi vs. ZSJ war ein wunderschönes technisches Match mit schöner Extremitätenbearbeitung von beiden, sehr schönem Detailwrestling in diesem Bereich mit guter Psychologie und einer sehr spannenden Schlussphase mit vielen guten Nearsubmissions und Transitions. Sehr starkes Match (****) Hero vs. Riddle im ME war dann einfach großartig. Wunderbar stiffes Match mit schönen MMA Elementen. Knockout Artist vs. Knockout Expert. Diese Story brachten sie wunderbar im Match ein. Die Schlussphase war auf Storyebene fantastisch, der Kickout nach den 3 Piledrivern war göttlich. Insgesamt ein wirklich großartiges Match (****¼+MotN). Insgesamt sind das dann 7, 62 von 10 Punkten - 'gut'."
[5.0] "Die Show startet komplett ohne Entrance mit einem Braw. Bin kein Fan von Brawls durch die Crowd und erst recht nicht, wenn die Kameraführung so schlecht ist wie hier. Kincaid & Wiliams mit einer guten Vorstellung, auch wenn ein kleiner Botch bei Kincard dabei war (***1/4). The Gatekeepers verprügeln wieder zwei Jobber, hoffentlich macht man das jetzt nicht dauerhaft bei EVOLVE Shows. Page vs. Callihan durchschnittlich ohne irgendwas besonderes (**3/4). Danach das typische Darby Allin Match. Diesesmal bumpt er von einem Stahlträger herrunter. Yehi vs. Sabre Jr. war gut, aber Yehis merkwürdiges Selling und seine Geschichtzüge darbei bringen mich irgendwie immer wieder raus aus dem Match (***). Chris Hero vs. Matt Riddle ist dann gut gemcht Hard-Hitting Action mit etwas merkwürdigen Ende (***1/2). Die Oktober-Shows von EVOLVE sind ziemlich durchwachsen."
