325.12.2016see base 2cubed7.0While everything , aside from the squash , was very good match quality was definitely down . The main was working into a real good match except for the fact that there where three piledrivers that missed by at least a foot including the finish . I also got say "entertaining " Ciampa is getting pretty annoying . Matches worth watching : Cedric Alexander vs. Tommaso Ciampa , Marty Scurll vs. Matt Riddle , Catch Point (Drew Gulak, Fred Yehi & Tracy Williams) (w/TJP) vs. Chris Dickinson, Darby Allin & Jonathan Gresham , Timothy Thatcher (c) vs. TJP (w/Drew Gulak, Fred Yehi & Stokely Hathaway) , Tony Nese vs. Zack Sabre Jr. and my top match was Drew Galloway vs. Johnny Gargano .

1028.07.2016jboyaquar7.0Evolve has become a bastion for providing their fanbase about 3 good to very good singles matches per show with rarely anything reaching a superior status. The three that stood out at this show were the opener of Cedric/Tomasso, who outside of some empty spaces down-the-stretch, almost stole the show, Nese/ZSJ who had surprising chemistry in that both are dynamic workers, (Jigsaw who these days barely works cannot qualify as this, ) who possess opposing, technique vs. all-rounder, though almost equal skill levels. Nese was on-point and ZSJ seemed to take him more seriously, with more caution than Jigsaw, And Galloway/Gargano who had a good, if light, main event brawl with some false finishes to justify its length. The six man was way too long and I'm not into Dickinson in Evolve but would like to see Gresham featured in singles contests. The TJP title match was better than Thatcher's with Scrull the night before but, frankly, That's 'grueling' presentation feels out-of-place when not paired with an equally physical opponent.

1320.07.2016steviecw9.0Great stories told, Cedric Alexander is a star. ZSJ and Nese had a really fun bout. Scurll and Riddle should both be future champions. Another let down match from Thatcher, his reign is really running on fumes... and I'm not sure they're even his. Main-Event was fantastic, seeing the new Evolve Tag Champion Drew Galloway defeat Johnny Gargano following two Future Shock DDTs, one Claymore Kick, one Gargano Escape/Iron Maiden and THREE Tombstone Piledrivers. The post-match segment from Gargano was powerful. This was arguably not as good as their first encounter but it was great to see them go one on one without interference of any nature from Page or Carter. Evolve are on a good streak but their champion is not.
Six Man Tag Team Match komplett ohne Struktur.
1519.07.2016GD9.0Another great day of wrestling, brought to us by EVOLVE ! The opening match was fantastic, with a kinda unexpected result. Riddle vs Scurll was a tremendous contest. These two are the future in my opinion. The six-man was a bit of a let down. I really enjoyed the title match, even though many people dont care for Thatcher anymore, i think his reign is pretty solid. Sabre vs Nese was as good as the Cendric vs Ciampa and in the main event we witnessed again a war between Galloway and Gargano. Love the emotion in every match and the continuity of the storylines. Cant wait for the No Holds Barred match for the championship in August !
