[6.0] "This was honestly a surprisingly solid episode of NWA-TNA. Even with booking changes (partly due to Scott Hall not appearing) this is a pretty sensible and well put together show. AJ Styles and Jerry Lynn had yet again the best match, and my least favourite was the tag title match. I got a kick out of AJ's character work in this edition, as I was laughing when he helped Sonny Siaki by holding back Lynn to be attacked but acted like he was breaking up the fight. If you wonder what a decent early TNA show looked like this is one to check out."

[7.0] "This was the most consistently entertaining that TNA has been. We opened with The Amazing Red versus Shark Boy in the battle of future jobbers on Impact. The match was fine, but it did reveal that Shark Boy is a better gimmick than worker. They then rushed the Heavyweight Title match out the door as Ron Killings called out Low-Ki early. Was he trying to beat traffic? The building only holds a couple of hundred. It can't be that bad. After that the SAT took on the Flying Elvises in a match that was fun but had no heat. Because TNA has not learned that less is more sometimes, Sonny Siaki comes out to interfere in the match. Speaking of Siaki, we get more of him. This time he's wrestling David Young for reasons. We then get a Siaki-free match as Chris Harris and James Storm defend their Tag Team Titles against Ron Harris (no relation) and some guy. The guy's name is Ashley Hudson and apparently, he's Australian. Don't worry about remembering that. It's about as relevant as he is. The match is about as good as one can hope, given that a Harris Twin is in there. We then get the Match of the Night; a ladder match between AJ Styles and Jerry Lynn for the X-Division Title. This was really good, but could have been great if we didn't see them wrestle so many times. Also, if Sunny Siaki stayed in the back. the match ends in chaos, with AJ seemingly winning the belt, only for Bullet Bob to get all up in his feels and DQ Styles from this no-disqualification bout. So, yeah. That's why it wasn't great. Finally, in our main event, BG James and Syxx-Pac faced Brian Lawlor and Jeff Jarrett in a surprisingly watchable match."

[7.0] "This is by far the best TNA show until this point. Good matches, such as the X Division ladder match or SAT vs the Elvises. But more important, there aren't any stupid segments or things that made me regret be a wrestling fan. Perhaps it's not the best action, but at least is decent and a good show. That is something difficult to say about early TNA."

[9.0] "I don't know what's weirder, the fact that NWA/TNA finally had a show pretty much free from the repulsively stupid crap that has marred the promotion from day 1, or the fact that it doesn't have a better rating on here! AJ and Lynn had a great match, and Low Ki may have carried Killings to his career best singles match. The rest of the matches are at least ok, and there's no sign of Bruce, Ed Ferrara, murderous midgets, wrestling penises, Hermie Sadler, heck there isn't even really any women being abused! Well, just a little. If TNA had done more balanced shows like this from the start they might not have had to sell to the Carters almost immediately."

Killings vs Lo-Ki und in meinen Aufzeichnungen steht "I'm starting to hate Killings". Wonder for what rason the fans come to the shows. They ignore the X-Devision expect for Lynn and Styles and walk out on the heavyweights. Could it be that nobody is really over and can actually draw? ".

7 Punkte."
