| 1 | 24.04.2023 | jomshom | 9.0 | Wallabee, as it exists now, is a pure and unfiltered look into Keita Yano's pro wres vision. Cards are populated by lots of weird sleazy indie guys, and the quality of match can vary pretty widely from meh to incredible. Most if not all of Yano's own work in the promotion is worth checking out, as he gets to do anything and everything he's thought of, with some not working out but most of it being extremely powerful. Most recently, he's taken to booking Great Zako, a backyard wrestler in Japan who seems to have a better ideology for pro wrestling than a lot of actual pros, so he's been able to fit into Wallabee extremely well. Overall, Wallabee shows are generally very fun to watch and getting to take a look at the insane mind of Keita Yano is always a pleasure. |
