The chemistry between Kohsaka and Ilyukhin is helped by their similar styles, and the result is a very smooth match that gets the crowd going. Great grappling and counterwork as expected. Ilyukhin and Kohsaka try to outmuscle each other on the mat, trading some great counters using their bodies and muscular frames. Some nice strikes exchanged as they both lose a lot of points via knockdowns and rope breaks. Ilyukhin looks to have Kohsaka where he wants him, but Kohsaka shows his intelligence and awareness at the end. Awesome. ****1/4 |
