Builds up great, the point gets really close, Yamamoto starts hitting some sick strikes for some down, just a great dramatic match that shows off both guys super well. A great hidden gem 9/10 |

Yamamoto is not the underdog he used to be in his previous matches with Volk Han, he's now the more experienced grappler seemingly on the ascendancy and with something to prove. Volk Han seems somewhat surprised by Yamamoto's kicks and gets knocked down several times. Volk Han's experience helps him get Yamamoto close to tapping out a few times, but Yamamoto's determination gets him the KO finish. ****1/4 |
| 3 | 22.10.2021 | CFOS | 7.0 | Rings Fighting Extension VI : That match was good. Volk worked well on the legs of Yamamoto and i love how Volk work on the arm and the legs of his opponents. The crowd was not red hot like the big matches of RINGS in 1998-99 but it was okay this time. The kicks of Yamamoto in this match were really impactful on Volk because Yama knocked down 4 times Volk with his high kicks and the last one was fatal. Good stuff. CFØS Ratings : ***3/4 |
