You know the booking would be a shitshow when the ring announcer starts by declaring "We're starting how we always do, with a six-way scramble! " Almost everybody on the card just wants to turn off their brains and do springboard cutters. The two matches I thought were the best, Ali/Grayson and Rae/Hernandez both had screwy finishes though I do admit the main event was still quite good despite it. Freelance appears to be a less interesting GCW, throwing shit at the wall knowing that the fans who regularly appear are too drunk to care whether the show is good or not. All vibes no substance. |
