Shawn Michaels: "This past Monday night I came out and I addressed the RAW audience and I did my best to put into words the emotions that I've been feeling since my match with Ric Flair at WrestleMania, and I didn't, eh, ... Batista: "You know, Shawn, I'm glad that you found closure... but I don't think the rest of us have. I know I haven't. Sunday night, WrestleMania, ... one of the hardest nights of my career, and not because of my match with Umaga... because it was the last time that I was gonna ever see my friend, my mentor, the Nature Boy, Ric Flair, compete in the the ring again. And I gotta be honest with you... I'm taking it a little personal. It bothers me! It bothers me that I'm never gonna see Ric Flair's face at another arena again... Ric loved to compete, Ric loved to entertain... and you took that all away, so..."

Shawn Michaels: "Hey, you... you think that was easy for me, Dave? It wasn't! It's the hardest thing that I've ever done..."

Batista: "That's not what I'm saying! I know you've got mixed emotions about it and I think I understand why. You had a decision to make! And I think deep down in YOUR heart you know you made the wrong decision!"

Shawn Michaels: "That's where you're wrong! That's where you're wrong! I did the right thing! Ric Flair asked for my A-game, he asked for the Showstopper. And I gave him Mr. WrestleMania, Dave. Shawn Michaels: "I had a job to do, Dave, and I did it!"

Batista: "You had a job to do, but you DIDN'T do it! Oh, that's right, Shawn Michaels, Mr. Showstopper, doesn't do jobs... I tell you what, when I came to the WWE I heard all the stories 'bout your huge massive ego and I never paid one bit of mind to it. Why? I knew you, we were friends! I never listened to that! It doesn't change the fact that Ric is not here, that I will never drive down the road with my friend, my mentor ever again. EVER! What was that you called Ric? Old Yeller?
