(22.01.2007) Rumors, written by The Mountie

[10.0] "Quite simply the greatest wrestler of his era, even better than Misawa in my opinion, even though he doesn't know as many moves. His signature style, techniques, and moves are now standard for strong style matches. His good matches are better than most wrestler's best, and his best matches are truly art. He literally destroyed his own body to be the greatest wrestler on earth, and became rightfully celebrated as a hero in Japan for it. My personal favorite is his tag matches with Misawa and his match with Joe, but Kobashi/Misawa 2003 I think will always be considered his best."
[9.0] "Minoru Suzuki's wrestling career is much like his character - Very hard to describe. After getting a modest start in professional wrestling, Suzuki broke anyway and helped pave the way for MMA to gain popularity throughout Japan (and also the world) as a part of Pancrase's formation. In doing this, he managed to return to professional wrestling with more star power than he had before. Though he's played a rather significant role in New Japan as head of his own stable, he's accomplished everything of note for All Japan and can still be "the guy" if called upon by NOAH. Suzuki gets an 8 for his professional wrestling accomplishments with a +1 for his MMA accomplishments."
[7.0] "Enjoyable match. Kushida made for a good foil for Strong and Strong was very on point throughout the match."
