[5.0] "Perhaps one of Australia's better homegrown prospects, Shane Haste has been making a solid name for himself as a tag wrestler alongside Mikey Nicholls in The Mighty Don't Kneel (TMDK). Coming up through Austrailia's EPW, Haste found himself earning their Heavyweight championship in addition to earning two reigns with their tag title (once alongside Nicholls, another time alongside Alex Kingston. ) Though Haste flirted with the North American indies around this time (even earning a prospects tournament in ROH), Haste and Nicholls began making a name for themselves in NOAH to the point where NOAH became their home promotion (which is a rarity for wrestlers born outside of Japan. ) From there, Haste and Nicholls would go on to earn the GHC Tag Team Championships twice and even secured a victory at New Japan's Wrestle Kingdom 9. After impressing WWE officials after being invited to a tryout, Haste and Nicholls will be continuing their careers in WWE-NXT once all of the legal paperwork is done (and once Haste completely recovers from nagging injuries. )"

[8.0] "I watched Shane Haste for the first time on Showdown In The Sun Night 1 and while his partner, Mikey Nichols was pretty ok at best, Shane definitely gained a new great fan of him and his work in me! He really honestly proved to me that he was the way better performer out of that tag team from Australia! Not only did he make The Briscoes look like a million bucks by how well he took whatever offense The Briscoes had to dish out, but when I watched him work, I was immediately impressed so much by his amazing talents that he possesses within him! Not only is he very athletic, but his athleticism combined with innovative offense and smash mouth toughness won me over immediately! I don't care if Mikey Nichols is with him or not, I really hope we see more of Shane Haste in ROH one way or another and hopefully we even see him added onto the ROH roster cause that's how much Shane has impressed me!"
