[6.0] "One of the more notable wrestlers to have returned to the WWE after being released, Damien Sandow looks to have found his niche as a staple of the WWE's mid-card. After coming up through Chaotic Wrestling as Aaron Stevens, Sandow was sent to WWE's developmental system in short order thanks to his tremendous physical gifts. Though Sandow would be a Triple Crown holder in OVW, he floundered on the main level and was often used as a preliminary or tag wrestler. Following his WWE release, Sandow went to WWC as Idol Stevens and found himself winning the WWC Tag Team Championship on four different occasions with four different respective partners (being Tye Dillinger, Chicano, Tama Tonga, and Abbad. ) Upon his return to the WWE's developmental system, Sandow earned FCW's mid-card and tag titles (alongside Titus O'Neil. ) Once promoted to the WWE as the "Intellectual Savior of the Masses", Sandow found himself earning a Money In The Bank contract by selling out one-time partner Cody Rhodes (yet subsequently failed to convert on his title opportunity. ) Sandow went into a slump before finding himself doing impersonations. This worked to Sandow's benefit, as he managed to impersonate The Miz long enough as Damien Mizdow to earn the WWE Tag Team Championship. Though Sandow's creative future is in limbo following the political situation involving The Meta Powers gimmick, he's proved that he's a capable mid-card or tag wrestler regardless of what the future holds for him."

Whether he's working a silly character or playing a semi-threating force, he never fails to entertain one way or the other. I wonder if he wouldn't benefit from leaving WWE and working with a few other promotions. Might be able to do more than waste his prime years sitting on the shelf."

[10.0] "He is one of my favourite wrestlers, he have good ring skills, he is good in mic, he can wrestle, he can do comedy skits, he can be entertaining and one of most important point is he can do any gimmick to perfection. I am happy that he hold the tag team championship but he was very much underrated by wwe. He have to get a fair chance because he deserves it."

Preston Ward Condra wrote on 20.06.2015:
[6.0] "Who would of thought one of Michelle McCool's "teacher pets" in Idol Stevens would become Damien Sandow in 2015? While his 2015 character with him parodying other wrestlers isn't exactly unique as I've seen Charlie Haas do that in 2008, Damien has had a pretty decent career all things considered."
PWF wrote on 09.05.2015:
[6.0] "He's going to have a tough time from now on. Sandow is a very funny and entertaining wrestler. He's a good in-ring worker and has good mic skills. But breaking up with The Miz might leave him without a path from now on and, although he's entertaining and funny, WWE is caring less and less about funny wrestlers and WWE's fans are loosing patience for comedy acts. Finding a purpose now for Sandow will determine the path of his career. A mimicking gimmick where he stole his opponnents finishers could be refreshing for him and get him to show (and improve) his wrestling skills."
