It makes his booking very limited because of that. In-ring he is a decent performer, but not one of the best in WWE."

Great mic work, good in ring (again, you're not even seeing a fraction of how good he really is in the WWE), performs really well as both a face and a heel and overall just easier to get behind and enjoy. I'll agree with everyone here when I say his strikes look weak as shit, but that's not exactly his fault is it? Look back at his older matches, he's clearly capable of throwing good punches there."

[5.0] "When Dean Ambrose it at his best, he can be one of the top talents in the company. Right after The Shield split up in 2014, the man was on FIRE, putting on quality promos, quality matches - he was a legit candidate for the best wrestler in the world at that point. Sadly though, he just isn't that good anymore. Most of his matches follow the same formula, and it's real boring to watch. His strikes look ridiculously weak - and so does his whole offense, really. BUT even though he isn't the best he can be at the moment & hasn't been for a while, Dean Ambrose still has shown some flashes of that greatness he has in him when he has gone against the likes of Triple H, Seth Rollins & Brock Lesnar. So basically the man is a very hit or miss these days, at his worst he can be absolutely awful, but at his best, he can be GREAT."
