Although a definite part of the issue is that he is young, and came from the very different Dragon Gate system, the presentation of his entrance from Raw #1200, after the fifteen minute prior beatdown from Sheamus, and to seemingly be 20% selling something dazy with an 80% opaque entrance, he's off. He's not yet WWE style. It's ironic that his previous catch-phrase "Too Easy" now reflects his lack of grit on the mainstage. I've been Wow'd by his athleticism and yet also felt like many of his so-called classics (Ricochet/Uhaa Dream Gate title match) were overrated. He's got all the tools and is effortlessly likable but he's not there yet."

In the indies & Japan, before he came to the big E, he had some pretty good/really good matches vs. Johnny Gargano & BxB Hulk, but for the most part, I do not find his style of wrestling interesting."

While, I haven't seen his work as Uhaa Nation at the moment but, he's definitely an athletic powerhouse/spot guy with high-flying maneuvers. Major drawback is not a great talker on the mic and charismatic that will most likely be the Shelton Benjamin of this generation. I don't know why he was called up so soon to the main roster when its not even been at least a year (with the exception of Kevin Owens). The closest that Crews will get is the Intercontinental/United States Championships."

He has the look, he can get over with the fans with just his ring ability, but to be able to be grab the brass ring and be accepted, you need to be able to deiver a promo."

Talented in ring work and impressive athleticism and power, he maintains a solid babyface character that can be built upon once being called to the main roster. Marketable with a million dollar smile as the cherry on top."

His arsenal of moves, and combination of strenght and aerial abilities make him an unique specimen. Remarkable physique and he can deliver great matches (watch the one with BxB Hulk in DG) and can make the oponent look good. This guy needs to manage better promos and find the way to look like the real deal when talking (he smiles a lot), when he achives that, I'll go with a better rating for him."

He's not interesting at all, he can't talk, he lacks personality, he lacks direction and he's basically a "spot monkey" (no psychology what-so-ever just move after move after move). Can't see why WWE signed this guy, they should have gone for someone like Adam Cole, Jimmy Havoc or Marty Scurll."

[5.0] "Apollo Crews, formerly known as Uhaa Nation, has all of the tools to become a top-flight wrestler in the WWE; he just needs to take full advantage of the opportunity he's being given and subsequently run miles with it. A former student of Mr. Hughes, Crews (as Nation) went to DG-Japan and managed to establish himself as a credible singles and tag competitor (even capturing their Open The Twin Gate (tag) championship alongside BxB Hulk. ) Whenever Crews wasn't in Japan, he would work the North American indie circuit (most notably for the CZW and WWN, where Crews won the FIP's secondary singles championship) in addition to the UK's PCW (where he was also their main singles champion. ) Given his versatile skill set, decent size, and charismatic nature, the WWE acquired him to appear on their NXT brand - Where he absolutely shone in his inaugural match against Tye Dillinger. Crews may not be well-revered outside of what rabid wrestling fans may think of him, but it should just be a matter of time before he is. Crews earns the 5 based on his secondary/indie accomplishments with the extreme likelihood of ascending the ranks once he settles into the WWE's system."
