[9.0] "It's hard to beat this Wrestlemania. Minus Orton/Kane everything is pretty entertaining. HHH & Taker had a great HIAC match, Punk & Jericho had a good back and forth match, and John Cena and the Rock delivered after all the hype. Three matches worth sitting through the entire event to see even if everything else wasn't as entertaining as it is."

[4.0] "Just rewatched the whole show, really liked Punk/Jericho (even better than I remembered) but a lot of the show did not seem very good 4 years removed. Taker/HHH III was plagued by a slow pace and too much over the top melodrama in place of action, and Rock/Cena is just way too damn long without anything really interesting going on in the match besides two big names clashing for the first time. Once that novelty wears of, the match really drags. The rest of the show doesn't fare well either, the choice to squash Bryan in the opener utterly kills the crowd for the entire first hour, not that there is a whole lot to look at there anyway. The divas tag in particular is pretty awful, matches like that are the reason we needed a revolution in the first place. The 12 man tag is such an obvious throwaway just to put some guys on the card, the shame is that a lot of those guys were having great years and could have done a hell of a lot more. But no, instead we have no less than three full length musical numbers and a bewildering segment where Brodus Clay dances at length with a crew of women with grey wigs and fake butts, his "momma's bridge club" apparently. If you're looking for the best of 2012, skip this show and head straight to Chicago for Extreme Rules."

Despite this sort of negative feedback, all WM28 is was 3 great matches in Undertaker vs HHH, Punk vs Jericho and Rock vs Cena. Not the best Mania but it's HIAC match is one of the most memorable."
